And here is the YF-19 in Gerwalk mode. I gotta tell ya I had a bitch of a time transforming it due to the leg armor coming off all the time. You would think by now that Yamato would have this stuff down to a science.

Ok tonight I PROMISE I will finish the VF-0A Ghost Gallery for you guys. I will also be picking up a SV-51 very soon. But I hear that there are some QC issues like usual with what Yamato is doing. Apparantly there are some wing stress issues, and all of the extra booster and pods is too much for it to hold. Also there are some peiople getting 2 right wing hinges or 2 left wing hinges....

I don;t think I can wait for a second production run.... I will get this one and I am sure by the time they do the chics it will be fixed.

And thos epics are cool Chuck. I just have a regular 19. I need to get the 2 pack....

it is a possibility with all 1st release Yamato figures...there always seems to be some screw up. I am hoping I get a good one too. Graham got a good one he said, and has done many transformations and hasnt had stress marks.

aww man, and I got one inbound to my local retailer too....had to special preorder the sumbitch as he`s full of 1/48`s I`m not that interested in.anyways, as a sidenote I`m currently cleaning out my old TV cabinet`s videotape storage so I can put my 1/60`s in there.I`ll take pictures when I`m done to show you guys.

will be the porducer of a live action movie based on Robotech... Someone has any info???

only the article linked a few posts back by Sigma Prime really.apperantly Maguire is interested in playing the lead character aswell, Rick Hunter.I frankly can`t see him as Rick, more like Louie Nichols or(a stretch IMO) Max Sterling.

I got both of mine preordered now...I am happy on the price. This is very fair based on their one production run.

I can see Toby as Rick believe it or not. What I can't see is that they're going to do a job that is worthy of the Robotech name. Also how big of a public outcry do you think we'll get from the Anime purists that this movie isn't called Macross? Anybody notice the listings at BBTS say both 25th figures are Die-Cast?

I guess I didn't notice that they mentioned diecast, I just wanted to get 'em ordered and let people know. Diecast may make them better, or less able to hold poses... I guess we'll find out.

I was planning to display this YF-19 in veritech mode anyway, though, cause I just love that jet!!!

battroid for both when I get my hands on those two beauties...as for new macross stuff, I just got two knockoffs of the Takatoku/Bandai VF-1S mold(G1 Jetfire)and a Banpresto in Roy`s colors. neat little additions to my valkyrie collection though the Banpresto isn`t going to be played with.

*drags topic back into play*hey ACS, I recall a gallery was still needing finishing?better hurry, the SV-51 is coming. on a little sidenote, is it me or did the New Generation/Shadow Chronicles military seem to lack ANY artillery units?we KNOW they had hovertank technology, why not have a few?surely they can`t expect a horde of Cyclones and Alpha`s to defeat the Invid....

Well guys I had to cancel my SV-51 Umaguma from BBTS or risk loosing my entire order. I don't feel too bad since a few people have mentioned here problems with the wings holding the weight of the missiles and such. I can stand to wait a year for V.2 of a valk I have never heard of before. Now for the pics of my YF-19 with the foldbosters.





The one problem I had with Battriod mode was the fact that a flap from the fuselage was supposed to peg into the nose cone; the peg was so small that it never fit right. This is something that annoys me with ALL of the Yamato Macross figures.
