On the following video you can clearly see a new head on a stick (on 3:50 min.).

It is red and at this time they were shooting Shia, Rosie and Bumblebee so my guess is that this is an autobot, probably the red Ferrari because the other red character (Rollbar) was not on set at this time.
This head design is by far my favorite so far.

I have only 3 red cars in my head(Ferrari,Rollbar,Nascar). I think,It's one of Nascar,because his eye look like Red.I think,It's a Decepticons

I really think this is Rodimus/Hot rod if you look at the "horns" on his head it looks quite a lot like animated Rodimus Minor 
Plus he was a red sports car, there's a red ferrari, seems too much of a coincidence to me.
There are so many characters in the next film; i hope they get some sort of development unlike the poor Arcee triplets (rip girls!
) but to be honest from what we know so far i'm really psyched about this movie!!!

Now that you mention it, yep. And since we know that, dissapointingly, the red Nascar is an Autobot, this means there might be a new red Decepticon. Why all the red vehicles, Bay? I thought it didn't show up good?

hmmmmm.............. if you look in the background you'll see that the robot is almost as tall as the traffic light thing. So.... Im guessing it either turns into a larger car or a larger vehicle rather than a sports car, which rules out the red Ferrari... maybe... And i can see that it has red eyes so im guessing its a decepticon, possibly one that we haven't seen images of yet.

Anyway, to me the eyes are too blurry to define what colour they are...Maybe it's the red of the head that's making them seem red, but I think I can see a hint of blue, but like I say; our of focus.

I've been compiling a scale list (largest to smallest) of the Film Transformers based on; vehicle/alternate modes (with the best dimension data possible), as many official charts I could find & most crucially, the figures I actually own & desire! (Also been working on something big; I'm a writer, so that's a clue...

This guy could also be that Decepticon armored truck that's been sighted lately. And as for the red not looking great on film, I'm sure if it won't show a lot of it in robot mode it wouldn't really look as bad. Besides, they probably found a way since Rampage was red on ROTF. And I think it's about time they got some red in TF, and not just on Prime.

Rampage was read because he was a special effect put in after the scenes where shot, so there was no problem filming him.
