1) From where can I buy United Scourge? all the websites I visited it's marked sold out or out of stock.

2) From where can I buy a stand like the one used for scourge?

Takara is doing a second run on the first 10 united figures so they might do another run on the others sometime in the future. Either that or maybe ebay?
