A new Transformers DOTM TV spot aired tonight during the NBA Finals and the MTV Movie Awards. Not a lot of new footage, but there are a few new scenes. Take a look at the embedded video below. Unfortunately the quality of this clip is rather low. We'll post a higher quality version when it becomes available.

Im starting to thing the blackout head looks is going to be typical for the generic drone. Also I like tthe new laserbeak and starscream vs sam fight footage. If there was any human that i'd have kill starscream in this movie. it might aswell be sam.

Hm, so we finally get to see Sam and that other guy fight the Decepticon, looks pretty cool so far.
I like that Sam's going all detective, the assassinations make the story more interesting.

I guess future trailers are suppossed to be poster on TF3 movie the youtube channel, rather then michaelbaydotcom.

This Movie is going to blow everyones mind. Take everything awesome and epic from the first two, mix them together and then multiply it by a factor of 20 and that should be a good starting point. The mayhem, the carnage...your theater seat should come with a safety strap a consent form, that's how good this will be. :grin:

I am NOT looking forward to that scene with Screamer... I remember strongly of me throwing the book against the wall while reading it and screaming a few things I wouldn't scream in front of children LOL.... but all and all cant wait!

Surely Spoiler-free people are smarty enough to not read the comments of a trailer fr a movie that has been more or less 100% spoilered? I mean, maybe, MAYBE people will be talking about what the scenes shown are from!?

That's no excuse. If the title doesn't have the word "SPOILERS!" in it, then it's safe to assume that there's nothing revealing posted by other posters.

We should show some tact and class and think of our fellow fandomites. Apparently we can't do that. A good whack up side the head from time to time helps.

Oh, I get that and I myself use spoiler tags, but it still seems a bit rich when people who don't want to be spoilered whine about discussion of confirmed information. I mean, it's been officially confirmed to the point that I can't really see how it's any worse than actually -watching- the trailers.

Thanks for spoiling me, guys! I really appreciate it! I mean, I've pretty much avoided all spoilers up until this point in hopes that I could actually see a movie for once where I don't walk in knowing half of what happens. But you know what? Its cool, just tossing spoilers about in the comments section of an advertisement for the movie that, you know, some folks who might be interested in the film might watch. That's cool. I mean, clearly if you're watching a commercial for something you want to have every little bit of key information spelled out for you. Its not like there are people who are excited for the film and want to watch some of the ads to get pumped or anything, no they're all here just to spoil themselves on key parts of the plot.

In case nobody noticed, that was laced with extreme amounts of sarcasm. If I really wanted to, I could spoil the ending to Portal 2. Oh, what becomes of Chell, GLaDOS and Wheatley? I could just...spill it all out right this second for the world to see. In fact, I should go post the ending to Portal 2 in the comments section of its trailer on Youtube! That's a good idea! That isn't being extremely disrespectful to people at all!

Now see, it actually is indeed rude to do something like that. Knock it off.

Lots of anger about spoilers, which I've edited in posts...

But, wasn't the spoiler actually in the clip?

Just to play Devil's Advocate a bit here...if you're discussing things in the film forums and clicking on topics with "New" info in them, you're putting yourself in a position to be spoiled.

I mean, you could say that by watching the preview trailer that the appearance of Shockwave was a spoiler.

That being said, if anyone goes around posting spoilers as an attempt to troll the forum, the will be removed from the forums until the movie is released.

^ No, because you can't tell that the character in question dies from the clip alone. The clip has no context unless you've read up on outside materials, which most people who are trying to avoid spoilers generally won't look up. Knowing that Shockwave is in the film isn't nearly as big of a spoiler as the death of a main character. Its like saying knowing Jack Sparrow being in "At World's End" is a spoiler.
