I've repainted three of the Starscream knockoffs, and am actually considering modifying the arms to have normal elbow movement.
Except for the Predaking KO. The quality of the plastic is very solid not cheaply made compared to the KO combiners you find in the Easter Baskets. Like Is aid before it's one of the best KO I've seen...
OptimusPrimeRib wrote:When you purchase a Japanese version do the faction symbols look the same as the US versions. I ask this because I recently purchased a RiD Scourge on ebay, the Jap version, and from the pictures on the box the Decepticon symbols on his shoulders look diffent. The picture is small and it's hard to tell. Has RiD scourge been KO'ed?

Scaleface wrote:I found a new one (to me anyways). It's an oversized knockoff of G1 Darkwing/Hydra in white, complete with powermaster and guns, but the powermaster mechanism is disabled, and in fact Throttle is a solid non-transforming brick, but still shaped like Throttle! Even through the jet is enlarged a big, Throttle is normal sized for a Nebulan. He also comes an extra sword weapon, which is odd since he already has his hands full with his two guns.
The jet is about 12 inches long, and the read Darkwing is only 8 inches long. so it's about 150% the original size. The originsl toy was 1/84 scale, but this guy is about 1/58 scale. (about the same scale as Goldbug).
Cost $6 at Big Lots. I wish the powermaster transformed, since it's harder to find him than the jet these days!
Funny thing is that he's plastered with "F-18" and he's not one, he's a Panavia Tornado jet.
This was the ONLY one at the store I saw. I hope they make a Dreadwind, so I can see if they combine.

I just found this on a Big Lots web page:
http://www.biglotswholesale.com/shoppin ... rodID=7385
It says it comes in 2 varities, 2 to a case, so I hope the other is Dreadwind. Anyone else seen him?

I'm guessing they are not for the general public on this site, but for wholesale?
