Great news to fans of table top RPGs (D&D type games) and Transformers. Renegade Game Studios has a Transfomers RPG available to roder. You can get the digital PDF now, it is 290 pages, or order the print copy which also comes with the PDF. The PDF alone is $38.50 and the physical book is $55, which is the standard rate for these types of books. We have some images of the inside which uses mostly evergreen designs (which is the point of having those designs) but also has some Livio Ramondelli artwork as well.
I'm really interested to see what expansions they will make for this. More factions/species (including Maximals, Predacons, Quintessons and humans)? Gimmick-based mechanics like Mini-Cons and combiners? Specific locations and settings like planets and time travel?
I also hope this is compatible with the other Hasbro-licensed RPGs. I want to make my own Revolution/Unit:E crossover campaign!
It's using the same system as the GI Joe and Power Rangers RPG that Renegade put out. There's a pretty good set of reviews for it on YouTube. My biggest gripe is that it has no option to run as Decepticons as all the major stat blocks are for the Decepticons and other assorted allies/enemies and you create Autobots. The art inside is fantastic and the game mainly pulls from the G1 cartoon continuity with a few additions from later show incarnations.
This looks quite cool. Have any Seibertronians given it a go?
"We just kinda have to enjoy it for what it is, you know? Our stuff we like is continuing to move on: we may not like facets of it but cool enough, right?" - Tigertrack
"If you don’t like the way it’s going, guess what - all the stuff you had? It’s still there!" - Mr. Starscream

I haven't run it or played in it, just grabbed a copy. Seems like fun but you'd have to do a bit of hoop jumping to play as Decepticons instead of Autobots.
