Other non-TF websites (mostly car forums I visit) are going nuts. Tons of posts about greatest movie ever...and the most popular scene was the transforming noise.

Well, they did it...they made everyone who grew up in the 80s feel like a kid again...which will probably mean the highest grossing movie ever.

There is an additional scene on the one on Cybertron Phillipines with Sam talking to his mom about Prime, and a few other differences...(no japanese comment)

Bleep*.... Awesome. This movie is gonna be sweet. I'm sorta sitting on the fence with the designs though. At first, I hated them. Then, I started to like them in the trailers. But that has prooven that they aren't all good. Case in point: People are talking bout Megs standing on Jazz. I only see Megs in that once. In the dam. So I guess they aren't as clearly defined as individuals as they could be. I didn't see Jazz in there once. But this is still gonna be one sweet movie.

As for the transforming sound, I rekon it was only thrown in for nostalga. Unless Prime is the only one to make it because Starscream transformed at least 3 time and not once did he make it. But if they did include it, which I doubt, they would need to slow it down for these new designs. Like Dev combining in the original movie, a slowed down version of it that is drawn out.

*Disclaimer: I have never once slated this movie except for the designs which I have seen. The action, plot, acting, effects (ok, I think they have passed my judgement) will be judged once I have seen the movie.

I am one of the few who like the designs, and when It comes to movies, I like everything to be as realistic looking as it possibly can, that's the biggest reason I dislike Spiderman 2.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but everything I can find says they don't. Porsche is the second largest shareholder of VW and is poised for a takeover.

FREAKIN AMAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZZZIIINNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!! I am going to see SHREK 3 tomorrow just to see this trailer on the big screen! Did anyone else get a little teary eyed when they were electricuting Bumblebee? I know he is going to be the loveavle car that he always was in the cartoon. That shot at the end when Optimus Prime gets tackled is awesome. This movie is going to be better than anything we have ever seen. I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Megatron is the one landing (and standing on) the building. When he lands, his foot lands on Jazz, who makes the noise of am air-filled toy bunny when stepped on.

But I know what you mean: I watched those scenes 6 times before I realised it was Megs. I thought it was Starscream at first. And I'm having a hard time keeping them apart.

And *I* am a fan.

I wonder what your average-Joe moviegoer will think about these collections of nuts, bolts and panels. Some friends of mine who aren't into Transformers have commented they look like "piles of crap". And I agree.

But I won't let the designs spoil the rest of the movie enjoyment. Because it's looking friggin' spectacular. Only ILM could have done these effects so well.

Oh my God...Oh. My. God. That is seriously the most action-packed movie trailer I have ever seen! This is going to make Pirates its bitch!

I have a feeling that Bumblebee getting attacked by Sector Seven will be really depressing...and Jazz is going to get his ass handed to him...as long as...well...you know.

Megatron looks majorly badass, and is he freaking swinging a MACE? I would cry with joy. Unless he's swinging Jazz, and then I would cry with sadness. Wish there was some transformer dialogue, but I'm not too bothered by it. It would just slow down the ACTION! AGH! I can't freaking wait.
