When Prime punched that drone I wasn't sure if "Shining Finger!" or "Falcon PAUNCH!!!" was more appropriate.

Looked pretty cool. I always thought it would be Ironhide who had that feature, not Prime.

Children, that ain't no drone. Revealing Shockwave's death in a TV Spot, after already having shown Starscream's? Classy.

Still, Optimus is sort of a badass.

After doing the whole slo-mo pause-play, without a doubt that is Shockwave. That's not necessarily a killing blow, but it's pretty obvious he's not gonna survive. He had a better death in the book, IMO.

Wow. Spoiled a major plot point in the commercial. Amazing.

But, there is more to it than just the punch. It'll be an amazing scene. (And no one whine about being spoiled by my post. Bay did more damage than I could've.)

Im sorry to say but F*** it, im rooting for optimus prime during this whole movie, Since obviously im not gonna get much badassness out of shockwave or soundwave :-x

Your probably right, im just getting tired of seeing a bunch of prime, and only little tiny bits of everyone else.

I like that final FALCON PAWNCH of Prime's, he seemed actually angry there. Though...he now has knuckledusters? That's a bit random for him.

Hope that's not how ShockWave DIES though, a painful blow sure, but it wouldn't be in tradition with the faces...then again Prime already broke that with whoever he cut in half.

Here's how:

There's a very large plasma conduit that's plugged into the back of the robot Prime just punched the spark clean out of. Shocky is the only one with such a hose that we are aware of. That's the only telltale I saw, but it's a pretty signature feature.

Hey, again after 3 seconds, it's hard to Say Shockwave Dies. First off, He's a decepticon Scientist, who loves playing god. That may not have been the actual Shockwave at all. And Remember, Megatron "Died", we saw the battle in trailers were Prime "Dies"....to be Honest, had it not been for the Comics, I was waiting for Jazz to come back.

on a side note optimus primes new name is officially OWNAGE PRIME. every clip is of him whooping someones ass. not mildly but vigorously.

He's got the blade on his left arm too, that's what I first noticed.

The background shows its definitely in a city. I think the first scene will probably be more Driller VS Autobots then Shockwave.

And he's getting split in two by the punch. It'd be hard to walk away from that one.

Hopefully Shockwave at least puts up a good fight... I'm not too big on an overpowered Prime, again. And I guess Prime will be collecting faces, arms, sparks, and various other body parts for his collection.
