1 - You're a n00b until you apply to have that status removed. You then have to go through the interview process. Your application and interview video will then be forwarded to the Veterans Committee who will then vote yay or nay. I should point out that the committee met last month and is due to hold it's next gathering in two years.

3 - I have no idea who that even is so.

Yes, and it must be a unanimous vote. If just 1 of the Vets (I'm not telling you who they are, so don't bother with the chapstick ) decides, for any reason, to vote you down, you start all over again. Them's the breaks, kid. We all went through it 1 time or another.
