Don't like the yellow shade colors, this digibasher is using. Think the yellow needs to be slightly darker and more glossy.

Think this digibashers yellow shade is more for Bumblebee and not for Sunstreaker.

Yeah, because the tint and glossines is extremely important to get

a general idea of how the figure will look.

FYI, adding gloss to something that's flat in color ain't the easiest thing

to achieve in photoshop.

as ive said before, i wont buy 3rd party MP's. if hastak deserves our support, its in the masterpiece line. and it seems to me if a 3P company is going to tackle MP's it would be waaaayyyy more intelligent to give us something hastak wont (or will take them time). but as of right now theyre just pumping out the G1 cars, AND already have Lamborghini on board! even if it takes them a while, sunstreaker is in the bag.

Think any HasTak MP Sunstreaker is way off in 2016-2017.

MP-20, MP-21, MP-22, MP-23, MP-24 and all of their repaint-retools, Think they'll all take up 16+ months of MP TF toy releases.

Guessing Takara has plans for a MP Victoryleo in 2015. As it's hard to believe Takara won't want to complete the Victory Saber combiner.

While i'm waiting 2 to 3 years for Takara to create a MP Sunstreaker. Might as well buy and enjoy a Omnigonix-Sunstreaker during the waiting period.

See nothing wrong with buying both a Omnigonix-Sunstreaker and a HasTak MP Sunstreaker in 2016+. As most-Some fans buy multiple versions of the same character in different alternate universe TF toy lines.

i dont see the logic in buying something, that youre totally willing and planning on replacing. who knows, maybe i just have infinite patience. but i dont need placeholders, and 2016 isnt that far away. id wait even longer.

Wasn't implying that my Omnigonix Sunstreaker purchase was going to be a place holder purchase.

Was implying that that I like the Sunstreaker character enough to buy and keep multiple toy versions of it.

Noted that some fans have no problems buying multiple versions of TF character toys they love, Spread across different alternate universe toy lines and size classes.

perhaps im being too critical. if you like sunstreaker that much, then by all means spend away. however if you do buy this, and the eventual takra MP they release will be the same "universe" (G1). so wouldnt your needs already be filled?

y'know what would set this apart from takara? a headmaster ala IDW. even i mightve considered that.

Omnigonix should spice up the repainted re-releases of this sculpt. by making it further worthwhile by adding different heads,faces and other things.

The figure is based off the IDW Sunstreaker Headmaster design. Think it would be one of the biggest missed opportunties if Omnigonix didn't do a transforming Headmaster for this toy. If they don't sure another company will.

What happened to the translucent car windows that were lastly teased in pics?

Don't need this to have solid plastic painted windows. Hoping some import sites who are doing these preorders are using older pics.



Glad to see they got the Spock ears right.

But where's the rectangular chin? Hoping the other faces that come with this toy, have the chin on it.

I believe those were removed in favor of not having his "abs" viewable while in robot mode. I'm sure they would've kept the translucent windows if it didn't affect the front on view of the robot.
