Optimus vs. Bonecrusher Extended Scene!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know, I'm never going to believe Giant robots could come down to earth, pretend they are a flamejob semi truck and protect me from the evil forces of decepticons, He-man or Dora the Exlporer...the fact is it looks like cool robots making big explosions. That's why I liked the cartoon, that's why I'll see the movie.
I didn't watch 300 to feel smarter either.

Exactly! It bugs me so much when people go to these kind of movies and then complain about the realism. I heard people complaining during Superman Returns when the bullet bounced off of his eye, because, apparently, that wasn't realistic enough for Superman. Stupid people. Giant Robots don't have to be flawless. They just have to be badass.

well aside from the freeway battle and scorponok, none of the scenes need music anyway, its just dialogue.....and having action without score has been used a lot lately...i think spielberg may have started it with the T-rex attack in jurassic park
but if you listen carefully in the spoof stuff with sarah silverman, during the prime transformation you can hear the score in the background

I'm not entirely confident that the post production effects/music etc are even finished in that clip. I have no idea where or WHEN then clip was made.
Regardless, some movies overuse soundtracks anyway..anytime someone declared a thumbwar in the matrix they'd cue asoundtrack.

I honestly don't know If I have ever seen anything this awesome! I hope the rest of the movie only gets better. Also, I'ts hard to imagine Prime or Bonecrusher will still be able to "accurately" Transform after a battle like that. I guess that's what Ratchet is for, but who do the decepticons have to repair them. Maybe Ratchet is secretly seeing them on the DL.

I don't think this will be a climactic battle - I think Bonecrusher is going to get owned when Prime drops down on him.

Some one earlier put it perfectly. They said they have too many lines. You really can't tell one from the other, you can't tell their faces, hands etc... and when bonecrusher tackles prime it looks like a big mess. Next time they should save money and simply squish some tin foil into basic robot shapes.
I don't like when bonecrusher smashes into the bus for no reason. It seems gratuitous. It is the same sorta crap that get mocked on the simpsons. Everything blows. They had bonecrusher smash into a bus just to have another explosion. If that is an indication of the rest of the movie, I pass.
If this makes me the biggest asshole as some one has mentioned, then so be it. At least I'll have kept my 30 some dollars.

1. Made fun of on the Simpsons? OH MY, HOW HORRIBIBBLE!
2. Ah, tin foil in robot shapes, THAT one is clever, all right.

Thirty bucks?! Where are you going, a theater where the popcorn is solid gold, and the tickets are printed on $100 bills?!
It's costs $3 for a matinee at the theater where I live, and $7 for a regular show! And I'm even going with a friend, that's no more than $14!

I don't think you're an asshole, but you do pay WAY too much for tickets, it would seem. And why wouldn't and evil robot crash into a bus? He's EVIL! And as far as messy tackles go, if it weren't for uniforms, football games would be a lot more confusing. And honestly...their color schemes are completely different, so unless you're colorblind, it shouldn't be that hard.

Dude 30 dollars? Where do you live that they charge you so much money for a movie ticket?
By the way everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I believe we are free to say whatever we want. So I'm gonna express mine. I have to say you bitching about a subject which is unimportant from a movie about giant robots that blow each other up based on a cartoon about giant robots blowing each other up for months is just tiresome. In reality no matter how much you whine about it, Is still going to make millions on profits and make Hasbro, Bay and everyone involve filthy rich more than they already are.
On the Merchanside alone is gonna make millions that is guaranteed. Is going to turn Transformers into a bigger franchise that what already is. Even if the movie flop which I doubt it will, is not going to kill the franchise. With all the followers this franchise has before this movie and the ones who are going to becomes fans because of this movie no matter how poopy I highly doubt it kills it.
I sometimes stay in awe in how much importance people give to a hobby to the point that it becomes more than that.
Seriously I come to Seibertron.com daily I read the news, I post once in a while. I collect the toys. I'm like everyone in this forum know the 1986 movie line by line. We all have our own nostalgic moments but **** man I'm worried more about things that really matter like finishing college and **** like that. I have a life I go out, I work, I study. Things of importance. I do not loose sleep because Megatron (Which by the way I don't like the design) looks like a freaking super-size Shredding-terminator-vibrating-predator-dildo. Like if there is anything I can do about it. **** it one less toy have to buy. Good for me.
I see it this way, this new movie is another of the gazillions incarnations of Transformers.
Is not G1
Is not BW
Thank God is not BM
Is not Armada, Energon or Cybertron...
In the end I know I'm going to enjoyed it. Hey I like reading and I love complex stories with good characters development in my movies but I also enjoy one big orgy of explosions and senseless mindless action. So **** what?
Transformers was always about that and selling toys. Even Beast Wars who I really believe was better storywise than G1 was full of mindless action and explosions.

Thats because he is. He has wheels near his feet so most likely they move into place. Seeing him skate isnt that bad compared to the bm transmetal megatron skating, and I think he did it in dinosaur mode to top it off.
I see it now. Thanks for pointing that out.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, because I'm far too lazy (just woke up) to look through every post to see... but the metallic scream that sounded like it could be coming from Bonecrusher as they fell... sounded a lot like Frank Welker. Could this be the movie role they were planning to give him when he didn't get Megatron?
