Any online review should mention it if it's a version problem.
EDIT: Just watched the video review and the review figure didn't have the problem. It could just be a bad batch, try exchanging one more time if you have the patience.

Despite the ludicrous price and high probability of quality issues, I decided to get them so I'd have a classics-styled Rumble and Frenzy on my shelf. There's just nothing else out there that fits the bill so well and can strike the cool poses these can.
However, when my set arrived, Rumble had an odd tear on his right knee. The plastic tear appears to be a production issue as it wont bend back down into place.
It doesn't affect it's articulation, but it's an eyesore. In response to my email, the awesome folks at BBTS offered to replace it no questions asked. Only one problem: it arrived with the exact same flaw.
If you have this set or any version of the figure, did yours have the same problem?
Aside from this issue (x2) and some sketchy paint apps here and there, I actually really like these figures. When you take a step far enough back to overlook the flaws, they look killer displayed.
