Trypticon was a space station, of course he's have rooms and hallways inside of him.

We never got to go inside of Omega since he was restricted to being just a boss enemy, but you can bet that he'd be big enough to be his own level if we could have gone inside his ship mode. Giant ships have rooms and hallways too, after all.
