It's Megatron from the Energon line. Based on the colours, it looks like the smaller version that came in the two-pack, just called Energon Energon Megatron, I think.

That's the one I was talking about. Does it have an official title to differentiate it from the main version?

To the best of my knowledge it's simply known as two-pack Megatron or mini- Megatron. TFU has it listed as Energon Energon Megatron but the redundancy in the sub line name is a bit silly.

In the eBay auction, does it look like Megs is a Unicorn? Shouldn't he have three prongs on his crown (or whatever), not one?

I thought that. On the full-size version, they are detachable. Maybe it's the case here and they've been lost. Lost to that freaky chap from Eerie, Indiana.

So the one your listing on ebay is incomplete with lost parts and for reference youve included a picture of a pristine complete figure from seibertrons gallery.
Seems a little misleading to me that you have not differentiated between the figure you have for sale and a picture of an example of the figure in perfect condition off this website.
I personally do not beleive gallery picturs should ever be used for loose figure. The figure you are selling is not in the same condition as the one you have pictured! that to me is fraduelent.

not to mention the seibertron gallery pic used is off of the larger megs, not the two-pack.

I'm going to have to agree. That figure you have is not in good condition. I'd label it poor. And I am against using Ryan's galleries to make up for you not having even a decent camera to show the actual condition of the figure.

Me too, seems awfully fraudulent when the Pic in the auction is not of the actual toy. And the only pic that is of the actual toy, is too small and blurry to make any kind of informed decision. If i was trying to purchase that auction i would think someone wad trying to scam me.
Even a cellphone camera, with good lightning can produce a better pic than that. And at least it would be of the actual toy, not a Gallery Image, that can be very misleading.
