I came home to another 100 or so pms.
There is no possible way I can address everyone's problems individually. It would take days or longer.

Considering the reset is coming down the pipe,
Here is what I'm going to have to do:

1. If your characters have disappeared I need to get your energon account set back up for you to have your team back. You have my priority because your team is broken.

2. If you are just missing xp, energon etc..
I am going to do yet another blanket xp/energon gift for every character on this scale:
level 0 = 30k
level 1 = 60k
level 2 = 200k
level 3 = 500k
level 4 = 1m
level 5 = 1.5m
level 6 = 2.5m
level 7 = 5m
level 8 = 8m
level 9 = 10m
level 10 = 12m

If you going to wind up way ahead on your energon then enjoy playing this version of the game with some flexibility.

Thanks, I'm closer to my pre-glitch setup.
Any chance you could unlock all alt modes for a day or two
so those with unresettable alts can fix them without losing them?

You should have just done this in the first place, not that I'm ungrateful for getting my xp back but it would have stopped quite a lot of the bitching on the forums over the past 2 days and would have reduced your workload.

No one wants to see your personal life suffer because your stuck in front of a computer trying to repair everything at once, so why dont you go have some fun or chill with a few beers you've certainly earned them.
