Polyhex - Near Iacon and Nova Cronum Borders
Bravo wanted rather badly to come up with a response to Turbulences comments about peace, but he was a little busy falling. With no time to transform and land properly, Bravo used his thrusters as well as he could to slow down. Too late, the minibot bounced off a ruined spur of iron, but the impact was enough to slow him, and with some more thrusts and a backflip he landed on his feet.
Shame that I think I've busted a back support. Aaargh!
Seeing Turbulence coming at him once again, Bravo realised he didn't have time for pain right now. Brandishing his blade, he countercharged the Seeker, and leapt into the air, angling for a decapitating strike.
"The only wind that's going to blow is the one through the holes I'll leave in your aft!!!"
Shockwaves Tower - 'Arena'
Swindle was slightly taken aback by the news of his new deployment. He hadn't expected things to change here so soon: He'd been trying to get something good going here, build up some stocks of merchandise, make a few customers like Warthog and Firebat, and now he'd have to start over. Oh well, best to look on it as a fresh oppurtunity.
Tagan Hieghts...haven't been there in ages. Hope those stashes I left round the place are still there, I need to get my supply network up and running again quickly.
But wait, what about the fight? Swindle looked back at the duel still taking place in the middle of the room. Bludgeon appeared to have been disarmed, but was still fighting, although quite what he hoped to achieve by poking at Bane with his bare fingers Swindle could not say. This looked bad for Swindle's bet.
Swindle gave a sideways glance at Onslaught, who was still embroiled in the argument between Hun-Grr and the Corrupticons. The tone of conversation seemed to be brasher than before, the Terrorcon leader in particular being especially boastful. This might be a help, if Onslaught was preoccupied then, well, Swindle couldn't leave before his team leader, could he?
Then Bludgeon walked past him. It took Swindle half a klik to process this, but the Electric Warrior had recieved his orders too, and was heading out of the training room. The fight was over. All bets are off. Phew.
Medbay
Blackguards fingers clenched and unclenched. The reattachment had gone smoothly, as had the sharpening of his beaten-up spikes, but still Blackguard felt...numb. Was it some toxin that Bane had coated his blades in, or was it a simple matter of the Sweep Knights own dissapointment in himself? In any case, remaining here would achieve nothing. Blackguard checked his equipment one last time, patted his sword, and strode out of the medbay, heading to the hangar.
