Yea Speed seems to be improving when added into the rammers. i think endurance for the avoiders may help. i will try reseting those below 50k.

Hey EP hows the awc? PM me

Your rammers could probably use some speed as well. Speed is the new courage. That would be the next things to probably level up. Everything else looks good.

If you are having having a hard time on keeping up with your energon, I would suggest to reset those below 50k xp (L0-L1 cutoff point) and let configure them for Level 0 and keep them in the arena until they are automatically leveled up due to xp. The free CR chamber will help keep your energon reserves up. Just make sure that if you use auto-cr, take it off when you get to Level 1 as it uses unncecessary energon.

Since the reset last fall ive barely touched HMW im getting back to it now. All my guys are level 1s and im working on good Ram, Avoid configs. my rammers got 4 str and 2 courage and 2 ram. Avoiders have 4 spd and 2 courage and 2 avoid.

Fixed. That's the problem with this game, really. Since it's in the Arena, you can't not have 10 str or you will lose to every rammer out there.

If you are wanting a rammer, then you need strength to be 10 here. More armor can be worn and hit/kick and ram better.

Endurance is good for tactics and weapon damage and armor is good for punches/kick and weapon damage. It would be better, in my mind, to go with a higher endurance because everone with have a maxed out offensive tactic. The top performers are pretty much going weaponless. Most people are going to max rank out at 8 due to he high armor costs past that.

From the AWC Files wrote:

Weapon Damage
% Damage = RANDOM[minD~maxD] x [1+(Str x 0.1)] x [1.5-(End x 0.1)] x [Armor]
accuracy of all weapons/punchs/kicks;
([attacker's speed] - [defender's speed] + 16)/ 20

Ram
frequency= ([ram] x 3) / 100
Ram Damage% = RANDOM[19~33] x [1+(Str x 0.1)] / [1+(End x 0.1)]

Strafe
frequency= ([strafe] x 3) / 100
First shot Damage% = RANDOM[8~25] x [1+(FP x 0.1)] / [1+(End x 0.1)]
Following Shot damage% = RANDOM[5~10] x [1+(FP x 0.1)]/ [1+(End x 0.1)]

Weapon damage is directly proportional to the stats needed to wield it. The higher the stats mean the higher the damage. Example: A 10/0 weapon with 5 strength will do the same damage as a 5/5 weapon with 5 strength.

I would go with a higher endurance and then work you rank up for better armor.

spd:9
end:9
rnk:6
cou:8
fpr:0
skl:0

avoid:6
ram:10

I tried using avoid in the last round, it is a big waste of xp and stat points, I had speed 10 and avoid ten and it hardly ever activated, i'd suggest putting those avoid points some where else, it really isn't worth having them

For my next set up I suppose my decision is between rank and endurance, anyone know if with strength 8 rank 6 is better that endurance 8?

EP is right about the firepower and weapons. For round 1 I had 9 firepower and wound up ditching my gun after 2 or 3 fights when I realized I can do much more damage with my fists and a few rams.

This time I am definitely leveling up rank and buying some awesome armor. That may have been my problem in the last round.

Here is my build for round 2,
Medium vehicle
10 str
0 int
10 spd
8 end
6 rnk
7 crg
0 frp
0 skl
7 avd
10 ram

no gun
10 tons of Neutronium

Just ribbing you about the point to INT. Figured you did that to get with to L6 with 6 fpr and 2 skl and never seeing you have a weapon equipped.

Round 2 is going to be a bit different that Round 1 so be ready for that.

Well since I was working with an action master I had to do that to GET to level 6. The xp requirements were just much higher than if I was able to use tactics and after round 1 of the tourney realized my shortcomings. I guess I'll have to add a tactic for round 2.

Any reason for 6 FPR, 2 SKL, and 1 INT? Trying to unlock Super Autobot Robot Mode? :P

Dump the INT. Get speed up to 10 along with strength. I suggest pure ram or pure strafe, depending what you feel like. Seems like the rammers are fairing well since it is the arena. It also seems that a lot of commanders are going weaponless and being successful, so you probably don't need to worry about a using skill points for a weapon. Firepower would be useful if you are doing a strafing config.

Probably want to pump stats into endurance to cut back on the damage you take from tactics. Upgrade rank for better amor against punches and kicks. Intellegence gets you nothing other than taking up a stat point.

Here is what EP has at 15.3 M xp:

10 STR
0 INT
10 SPD
8 END
4 RNK
9 CRG
0 FPR
0 SKL
10 RAM
NO WEAPON
10 TONS VACUUM-METALIZED ARMOR

Next upgrade 5 rank with Trythilium-steel armor.

Unless you have the money to do so, I don't suggest you go over Rank 6 due to the high cost of armor.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

Okay,
After realizing that 15mil xp for an Action Master really should put him as a high level 5 not a 6, I need help.

Here is Technofunk's current setup:http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/character.php?character_id=84564

I was going to swap courage and speed. Can anyone offer other suggestions?
Thanks
