All the Wal-marts I've visited recently has had wave 3 deluxes and the legends wave with Gnaw. I'd say we should be seeing full saturation soon (at least at Wally World). Also the deluxes here are under $15. I saw the tax talk above, but I don't really count that because now I have to pay the same in store or onlineD-Maximus_Prime wrote:Went to buy it, but decided to wait to see if walmart has the figures. There isn't enough in stock that I want to get free shipping, so hopefully a local store has got them in the past 3 weeks.

I'd say wait it out.

The only thing I'm watching for is shipping. Plus, I've come to prefer finding the toy in store. makes it feel more gratifying.
Tax isn't an issue. It's gonna happen either way. I look at the baseline price.

DeathReviews wrote:Those who have been on the sharp end of the sickle for in-store distribution will want to take a serious look at the HTS deals, especially since the promo code is set to expire in a few days. It could be some time before these figures wind up in your stores. HFTD Windcharger, Thrilling 30s Windblade, Solar Storm Grapple... Some figures never show up on the shelf at all. But each place is different, so be sure to check your stores and their stocks. If they're still dawdling, HTS may be a viable option.....

Cry me a **** river, those are some of the lowest tax rates in the first world. Sale tax where I am is 15%. And I pay it cause its not like any of us have a choice unless we want to uproot our entire lives to live somewhere where taxes are less. Bringing taxes, an unavoidable and regional factor into the discussion is useless. If you're worried about that constant tax figure, then why bother buying the toy. Might as well charge all the other constants in your life, like the gas or buss pass to get it at the store, or the time it took you to go to the store instead of buying it from the comfort of your home. And saying they are greedy for wanting you to buy more is ridiculous. Nothing is free in life, shipping always costs money (you think the mailman works for free?). But if you buy enough (at the same good deal), then they cover the shipping and you see that at other places like TRU, Walmart ect. And its a way smaller treshold than TFSource's $150 for free shipping and BBTs has no free shipping. HTS is thus far more generous than either store.

But back on topic if your unhappy with your taxes write your heads of state, protest do something about it. Uprooting isnt the only option, even the laziest of people can help make change. If your not part of the solution your part of the problem.

Where did you get them for $14 and change a piece for them? They're at least $14.99 or higher at Target and Walmart, who sells them for the cheapest usually. Most states charge sales tax on top of that. Here in Illinois around Chicago it's about 10%, so about $16.50.

o.supreme wrote:*IF* I could purchase on HTS, (used Soundwave as an example since its the same price and happens to be in stock) even with the 15% discount, after taxes and shipping it would be $48.18 (just under $49)...you cant tell me that isn't by design.. I guess I could just purchase another TM to get free shipping, lets see...
Oh crud! The sub-total has to be over $49, not the after-tax total to get free shipping. What a rip-off!

We also have 10% sales tax and 10.5% in some cities (state, parish and city tax), wah wah.
