Wow, I haven't been on this site for EONS. *Waves at everyone* But anyway, it's nice to see the faces behind the names.

I know WJ, it's been quite a while since I've been here. I think it's been damn near two years since I posted last, and it's been about year since I even looked at the Seibs front page.

I'd be a pretty tall leprechaun..
Meatloaf.. Ach..
Yeah I have dropped about 25 pounds since January (I am down to about 210.
I have been eating a little better, riding my bike more, doing sit ups, push ups and crunches.
Since I have the carpal tunnel and the nerve damage in my elbow I cannot lift weights like I used to.
So I am compensating where I can.
