Banshee, or Hornet?
I haven't played halo 3 yet, so I can't tell you about the Hornet, but the Banshee, I have to explain oddly:
Halo 1: The Plasma Cannons are powerful, and the Arc Rod gives added firepower, making any attack from the bottom or front nigh-impossible. However, an attack from the flank or the back, especially with heavy weapons like the Rocket Launcher, are devastating.
Halo 2: The Arc Gun is removed, making attacks significantly weaker, meaning attacking Ghosts or Scorpions head-on a tricky task. But the Plasma Cannons are still there, meaning it isn't impossible, especially with the brand new flip maneuvers.

I can name two things wrong with that:
1. That attack with the Warthog took incredible skill. I'm pretty skilled with a Warthog, but I've never pulled off something like that, and he took out FOUR REDS. That's a move that should be commended.
2. The blue picks up a Fuel Rod Gun, and is taken out by no less than FOUR snipers. Who the **** does that kind of thing when he KNOWS his teammates are all snipers as well? A cheap tactic, not to mention sniping is looked down upon.
That video is a testament against n00bs, yes, but not against what it says it is.
