Onslaught from the Universe line?

Ultra Magnus from Animated?

Waspinator from Robot Heroes?

One of those awful Movie figures?

Did the Walmart Masterpiece Starscream come out this year? I'd vote for him. I love that toy and he gets a lot of attention in my display being such a large jet.

I'd give Classics Galvatron honorable mention too, but then again I'm just really digging him lately.

I'm not sure there can be a winner when you ask a question like this due to the different tastes of people, but if i had to throw my opinion out there i'd give onslaught from this years universe line my vote. Something about that figure i really like.

I understand that this may need its own category, and it's not even a licensed add-on, but the City Commander set deserves some type of recognition for being the sweetest conversion set of the year (or maybe of all time)!

Otherwise, Animated Leader Bulkhead is a worthy candidate...but it may be premature to start this type of contest until closer to year's end...

Universe: Tie between Sideswipe and Sunstreaker. These were some of my favorite G1 Transformers as a kid and it was about time someone did a decent job on a re-mold.

Animated: Tie between leader Megs and voyager Prime. Love em both lots.

Universe: Henkei Thundercracker. Galvatron gets honorable mention.

Animated: Leader Class Megatron. Jazz gets honorable mention.

I vote Henkei Sunstreaker. Best hands down.

My older brother had seen the US version and didn’t like it. I don’t think he expected much from the Henkei version, but when I got it, he seemed to have liked it. And he’s not even into Transformers that much!

And in my opinion, it's beautiful! It looked as if it were shinning right out of the box from HLJ!

Encore Jazz/Meister hands down (if you accept a reissue as an entry).

Fixed roof, new face with bright blue eyes and painted apps (like the stripes around the wheel section of the body) make him a template figure for how most of the reissues should be handled.

As far as new molds, I'd say animated Blitzwing.

Thus far this year Animated Prowl, Leader Megatron and Lugnut, Henkei Skywarp and Universe Onslaught are at the top of my list.

It is WAAAAAAY too early for this thread, as there are still Animated and Universe molds due to come out shortly.

And whoever said Animated Blitzwing... gonna have to agree to disagree with you, as he was one of the WORST Animated figures to come out IMHO, with the floppy treads and mediocre articulation compared to other Voyagers.

For any kind of a limited release, I'd go with Walmart Fracture.

Very creative and clever use of a mold that frankly I didn't like at all for Mirage when I first got that figure 2 years ago.

General release would be Acid Storm. If you take out the rarity, I like him more than any other seeker, including the Botcon ones (which I also own)

Overall slight nod to Fracture.
