hmmmm....lets hope this applies to canada and my imax shows it too cuz that would be a cool first imax experience.......well first theatrical imax,
we've had the "other" imax that only shows documentaries at the museum since the late 90s....a side note of trivia, thats the first imax built in canada...go us..lol

The movie is going out of theaters for a reason-- to reformat it into theaters made to take advantage of it's massive action, and give it a second run.

dont wanna call anyone a liar or anything but...
all the movies that have also been in imax, always get major promotional push to let people know its playing there too (all the ads in the papers and magazines mention it, tv ads too)...and there was nothing about transformers ever being in imax anywhere..so maybe that person is just confused or something...lol

My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.

Thats great news for those of you in the states.
Really wish that Transformers had have been given the Imax treatment in Sydney, but it missed the school holiday period.

This is the news that I have been waiting for. Count me in at an IMAX near me! They did say in the release that it will have more footage than we saw in the conventional theatrical version. Already know what some of it will be based on what was shown in the trailers vs what we saw in the movie. Can't wait for the rest.
