Donations Question

This'll probably sound like a newbie question, but what's with the donations button? I tried to donate some energon to a friend who just got on, but the button don't show. Is it 'cause she's in a different alleigance, or what?

Yep can't donate energon across factions.

Can we rectify that? I'll gladly pay any Bot commanders to come out of the arena and in to my missions should that offer them some incentive.
