dubbed in
Tagalog my friend?

good show ole chap!!! I used to live in Guam for like 3 yars and I studied Tagalog, easy language to pick up it's similar to Spanish.. only it's confusing because there are like 7 bazillion dialect depending on which part of PI your from.. I hope if they do dub the animated in Tagalog they do it in a dialect that is widely received..
cool! nice to know you have some semblance of knowledge on our national language 'ol chap.
actually,
Tagalog is like one singular language only, and you are right in deducing it's similarity to Spanish, with most words derived from that mother tongue.
but the regional variants are not called
Tagalog per se, but these are sub-dialects and are usually derivations from
Tagalog infused with the local native Language.
anyhow, when it'll be dubbed in
Tagalog i'm sure it's going to be fun and all, but actually i like it better when seen with the original english dub; i dunno, we have great local
seiyu voice-dubbers, but unless it's a Japanese anime i find it better to see it in its original format. you DON'T wanna hear G1 in
Tagalog, trust me.
