Pot Bot wrote:Actually HFTD is still clogging up 90% of the toy shops i visit. On top of that (we'll use smyths as an example) ordered (from their managers mouth) 250 units of dotm wave 1 deluxes.......and weeks later the shelves are still rammed full because tesco's are undercutting them massively.
Ive recently been told they wont be ordering anymore until the shelves are clear. Which could be months...possibly up to 12!

Ive took notice latley Smyths round my area has the same wave since they came out but they dropped there price from £13.99 - £9.99 for delux and £21.99 - £16.99 for voyager but Asda living a few shops down have there delux at £10 but with wave 2 characters and unlike Smyths they sell Scouts i found Powerglide and blackout for £6 each.
Sainburys on the other hand have the exclusives i picked up sideswipe the other day £12.99 they also had Nascar BB?? stange thing to among the shelf packed with DOTM was and get this Universe Voyager Powerglide and Onslaught at the stupid price of £40 each!!.

Lots of places have no more Generations because they were taken over for DOTM. I wonder if TF Prime or other Gen waves we would have seen are going to be pushed back. Around here we never saw RTS preceptor and his buddies.

We've been pretty lucky in the uk as far as rts goes (imo anyways). Ive found pretty much all of them at the shops....generations is another story altogether, bloomin pathetic.
Prime is so meh for me its unreal, i might prefer it if id seen an episode or 2, but i refuse to watch it on youtube due to the size an quality.

I haven't seen Prime either. The toys remind me of more Animated inspired figures. But there is this really cool poster of Optimus and I think BB in Walmart that I noticed had the Prime logo on it. If they looked that way I'd be all in
