Bah, Prime still needs a faceplate.

Thay should make a variant with a full faceplate so he looks more G1.

I'm pretty pumped for the animated line. I like Prime, but I don't like how the alt mode looks from the rear. What the deal with the trailer post sticking up back there? Is he going to have a trailer at some point?

The toy for Earthmode prime does have a faceplate.

This is actually the first time I saw any of the new figures and unfortunately I have to say I literally laughed when I saw that prime. If you like him then awesome, but whoa...I won't be buying him

You know, it takes quite a bit for me NOT to want to buy a Transformer these days, but I think they managed to do it. With a Prime, no less.

No matter how many times I look at this figure, it just looks bad. With a Prime.....

His bio makes a fool out Prime, it sounds like boy scout Prime to me. The toy itself looks okay, but again I’m not feeling the love of the animated line.

I'm not a big fan of the Cybertronian version of Animated Prime. I just think his vehicle mode looks too weird. His robot mode's okay, but I'll still pass on him and wait for the Earth mode Prime who looks a lot better IMO.

Urgh... I hate this line, Prime's alt mode looks like a folded up robot rather than a truck.

And the robot mode feels like an action figure not a transformer.

Best thing series toy line since Beast Wars. Thoroughly impressed. G1, Beast Wars, 07 Movie and Animated, cream of the crop TF's.

I'd like to see somebody walk by THAT at TRU and not buy it. Awesome job by the photographer. The figure looks very alive in bot mode.

The robot mode looks good enough. Chuck full of posability points. Weapons looks interesting.

I was never a fan of Cybertronian vehicle mode.

But i just might get this one for the robot and weapon.

Might look even more lame here...the prototype just looked like a crappy vehicle...this one looks more like a little scooter or something. And the face...man, makes the drone camera heads seem not so bad after all! But that's cool, the more lame figures they make, the less money I waste on toys.
