On topic, Star Trek, A-Team, Metal Gear (not movie, but whatever), and various war movies would be the only ones I could think of. Or maybe Road Warrior!

Kryptonian space ship into Superman.
A yellow lantern into Sinestro.
A jack in the box into Joker.
A piece of Kryptonite into Lex Luthor.

then supreme figure..
Apokolips into Darkseid.
