No, THIS is the greatest superhero based tv show of all time.

In this case, the tv show was better than the source material (ie. comic, cartoon, etc.).

The first Incredible Hulk movie with Erica Bana is probably the best because it shows how invincible the Hulk really is. He gets nuked and survives. The entire military can't stop him.

This is my favorite TV movie starring the Hulk:

He kicks Thor's ass.

That movie was complete and utter ****. That's why they rebooted it in only five years, they wanted to make a Hulk movie that wasn't a load of crap.

I witnessed people leaving the cinema. That's how bad the movie was.

Hell, my sister and I contemplated doing it ourselves.

Also...why is it you praise the Hulk movies for showing off how strong he is, but also praise the TV series where he's perpetually at his weakest?

In the TV series the Hulk is relatively unstoppable, even though he can be hurt by bullets. He was poisoned and he hulked out and overcame the lethal injection. The Hulk could overpower hydraulics. Lou Ferrigno was freakishly big so he was scary as the Hulk looking at him through the eyes of a kid. That Hulk beat up apes, bears, and bulls.

In the Avengers the Hulk is relatively weaker than the villains (eg. Ultron, Thanos, etc), and not head and shoulders above all the heroes.

The Incredible Hulk gave us Wolverine. Wolverine was introduced in The Incredible Hulk comic book series, that was created and brought in to hunt The Hulk. And without Wolverine we would not have gotten the X-men movies.

The Incredible Hulk would destroy Omega Supreme because a nuclear bomb would vaporize Omega. The Hulk really cannot get hurt. Also Omega is too slow and passive.

Too late, now the TF community hates anything you like. Omega Supreme, Hulk, MOTU, anything you like will fall into the pits of despair and nothingness that you have created through your own posts. :D

Anyone want to start a list of "characters who would absolutely annihilate the Hulk"? Because I've already got a handful off the top of my head.

Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. Nothing more needs to be said as you can get any more humiliating than that!

This gamma radiation Hulk:

is what I'm talking about. Not Avengers wussified Hulk. The Incredible Hulk is his own Marvel Universe.

So you admit that the TV show was terrible then. If the Hulk's durability is what determines the quality of the work he appears in, that would make the TV series version the worst out of all versions. (Especially since he actually died in the end)

The 70's TV show was the best and most powerful incarnation of the Hulk. He was relative to the place and time he was in, the strongest. And he did not actually die. They were going to make another movie but Bill Bixby died.
