Sounds like a rip to me.

Actually that Takara version has a painted color scheme that is head and shoulders above the US release in detail.

So if you like the US version and can't find one, I'd grab this one up! But I would not grab it just to resell, because the demand for the legend class figures is not at all high.

My point exactly from earlier today. Just buy it if you like it. If you're so wrapped up in the value of it, don't. You can't get one any more so if you want to buy it on auction, decide if it's worth it and pull the trigger. I can't believe I'm even typing this much about this. -deep breath-
