I think Megatron was thinking about destroying Starscream right on the spot in that scene at the dam.

When SS told him that the humans had the Allspark, Megatron had his fingers make a noise like a sword slash, when he scolded SS for failling him again.

I think SS knew Megs would be pissed and Stayed on the higher portion of the dam while talking to Megs

But instead Megs just had SS try to find the Allspark.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't go near him on a GOOD day.

My first thought when reading the title of this thread was "when did Megatron get my last name?" cause my last name is Copes.

Given all the crap Megatron's been put through on this planet, can ya blame the guy?

Yeah, if Megs had gotten the Allspark, Starscream would probably be the first to get blasted.

Oh yea, that scene on the dam, I half expected Megatron to kill him right on the spot. I was expecting it. Heck, Megatron mustn't be THAT bad.

Well, I thought he was turning around to smash SS in the face, but instead they kinda left.

I'm not sure which is scarier. Megatron's wormy chest? Or Starscream's insecti-face?

Anyway, i don't think Megatron has any intention to kill Starscream. Not unless Starscream shoots him or insults him somehow.

I dunno man... If I had to deal with those Sector Seven guys, I'd probably end up wanting to kill something too.

Megatron would probably have loved nothing more than to smash Starscream's head in, but with no Allspark, Megs can't afford to kill the few troops he has.

If Megatron would've captured the Allspark, Starscream would've most likely been in trouble.

2 things first megatron did take out his anger by ripping jazz in half which I think shows he is just in a bad mood. Also with the scene on the damn is it just me or did starscream love to transform. Megatron flies out of sector 7 area lands, rt before he does starcream flies off then comes back and lands. IT was either he loved it or he was thinking "AHHH dont hit me ......o he wants to talk ill land now"

i was wonderin that as well, i thought SS would step next to megs but megs bad mood makes it VEEEERY dangerous, dont try it unless he just killed someone, hes anger has been transmited so he might be cooled up by then...or not, hes MEGATRON theres no reason for him to be nice to SS...actually nice is not the word but i cant think of any other...

It's not just you. He transformed over four times forth and back while ripping apart those F-22 Raptors. Then there's the moment he transformed to crash/slide into all those cars, fired at the Autobots and transformed back to leave again.

It makes you wonder what transforming must be like. TFs obviously can 'feel' so maybe he gets a joy of all those parts moving all over his body. T'is probably the closest thing he'll ever get to bodily contact, the poor chap.

He was probably related or good friend, not a lover like rumor people have spread about these two characters. Megatron should have least try to hurt or call him an idiot or something.

Lol, I am not surprised that Starscream didn't get blasted. If anyone is going to betray the Decepticons it's most probably Starscream

I get the feeling that the tension with Megs and Starscream was just beginning in this film. TF2 is the perfect opportunity to give us what we want: More Starscream! Followed by a pissed off Megatron (ohpleaseohplease DON'T go the Galvatron route!) returning to wreck unholy vengeance as only Megatron can.
