I would go with Hexatron as I have heard amazing things about it. Haven't got him yet but he is in my POL at BBTS. However the other choice gives you two new figures to enjoy.

I'd also recommend Hexatron. I have the figure, and he's absolutely awesome. You'd think that a toy that transforms into six different modes would have severely compromised articulation, but he's actually MORE articulated and poseable than most MP toys--he even passes the stringent "Iron Man crouch test"!
And with a pair of rifles and swords each, plus six shurikens with flip-out blades, you're getting more weapons than most MP figures! Plus, they can all be stored on the figure itself!
That said, Hardbone seems like a really good TF, too. I don't own one, so I can't really comment.

Sixshot is amazing. Inferno is great, but you already know that since you have two of the same mold! Hardbone doesn't look that great to me, his proportions are a little off and he just transforms into an H tank, which always seems like a cop-out to me.

Yeah, I'd go with Hexatron too.
Hardbone looks kind of boring to me, and Classic Inferno is a great figure but it's not as special as that Hexatron.

Re: NEED ADVICE
Pretty much like everybody said.
Sixshot is great and he will be in short run. If you have the chance, better get him now than late. Inferno, on the other hand, is good but you can still find him from time to time. And you are already late on getting him. Hardhead, I'm not a fan of him so I cannot speak of Hardbone. Well, if you have enough fund, get them all.

Since I feel that Hexatron is a awful attempt to cash in on some else's idea, go with Inferno. That's an actual TF.

I ended up with Hexatron by chance more than anything. I hadn't intended to add him to my collection, but came across him at a cheaper than new price for a sealed one. I've not messed about with any figure as much as I have Hexatron, I can't put him down. Build quality is amazing.
