Well, I'm using a somewhat complicated method right now that employs a chance cube, a feather, two Magic Eight Balls that have to be in agreement, and a vast collection of old CDs to decide who gets deployed...
*gets smacked on the shoulder*
Ow! Okay, Okay...
Right now, my team is divided six level fives and six level fours, I deploy the lowest three from each level in missions and, when a level five is finally ready to move up to level six, then I'll move a level four up to level five.

I normally favour a top 1, bottom 5 play style when all 12 are available then continuous rolling play of put someone else in as soon as a mission ends.
Lately however I've been making an effort to get all up to L3 (2 remaining) so they get played as much as possible.

So looking through the responses, some of you put a lot of thought into who to send out while I generally send them into whatever missions are there. This was different when I was l0 and I stayed away from any mission with 2 bots on or more, and I stayed away from the missions where the fake level 0 bots were

I always send the six lowest active members. Sometimes depending how active I am on a given day, it is the top six or some on the bottom with one or two from the middle in addition to a top mech or two. It all depends who is available.

I play top down. When one of my top 6 hits 0% health, the next one on the list gets a go. Although I think that is evident just looking at my team.

Heh. Considering most of my team are based on corrupted/defected/resurrected autobots that's more accurate than you'd realise.

Shattered Glass is based on a lame overused concept anyway.

I'm not referring to JUST this franchise. So many others have done it, and it basically involves just slapping a moustache on.

Aka the best master, though the actor they used after his sad passing wasn't bad either.

At least Shattered Glass had an explanation behind it, being the universe where the evil of Primus and the good of Unicron had ended up and all. That put it a step ahead of most 'mirror' universes where it was just 'Okay, good's bad and bad's good, deal with it' with no reason for why it was that way.
That and it gave us Sir Soundwave and the SG Recordicons; Sir Soundwave and the Recordicons are cool.

Re: No Guns, No Lightsabers, No Briefcases - the HMW addicts thread.
I have despised SG from the beginning.
I think the happiest part of BotCon & Fun Publishing's demise was the hope that all things SG would die as well. (Thanks Bed Bugs! ThBeugs!)
I used to love Mirror Universe stuff back when Trek did it but I think maybe DS9 drove the idea into the ground.
Not that they did it badly... just too much.

Wasn't Star Trek one of the firsts to do it? I could be wrong. Mirror, Mirror is a great episode either way. I don't mind the Shattered Glass concept but only used sparingly.

I looked at a TNG comic of the Mirror Mirror universe where Data had some parts of the Borg on him and the evil version was invading the good version. I didn't read it completely and this was last week.

Star Trek was probably the first franchise to do it, and yeah, they're still milking it today in the TNG comic (it's actually not a bad read).
But for Transformers, lots of people praised it, but those same people were also members of an exclusive fanclub that worked to exclude those outside of the US, oh and the fiction was really nothing more than over-hyped fanwank.

Hey, just realized... Ironically enough for a fighting game involving robots that transform into cars, HMW will soon be old enough to get a Learner's Permit and drive...
