So I clicked on the Philosopher's Forum on the site navigation on the left and get taken to this:

"You are not authorised to read this forum."

Did I miss something?

It was nixxed shortly before the forum upgrade. I'm not sure why the menu option is back, though. Or why there's a question mark in place of the apostrophe.

Yeah, I knew it was gone - but the returning navigation button (with '?') confused me.....

Because it turned into an all-out shitstorm. No one was respecting anyone else's beliefs or opinions, and it was getting very out of hand.

If you look on the left side there is a circle with a lock in it.
That means the forum has been locked.

Is there any chance of getting it added to the moderator's section? You know, so it still exists in case it gets brought back, but it's out of sight to avoid any confusion?

I'm not sure if there's much of a chance of it coming back. As Shadowman said, in its final days, it was a battle royale. Besides, read Cyber Bishop's sig: Keep your silence, lest he kills you until you are dead! Then you won't be a good drinking buddy or less-than-photogenic woman to anyone. :sad:

As am I, and the circle with the "lock" in it is still there.
The lock is there so there should be no confusion.
And there is no chance of it coming back any time soon.
