Profile: [From the personal datatracks of Optimus Prime, Autobot Commander] Quite simply, Ratchet is the single greatest medical practitioner among the Transformers. But that label doesn’t begin to describe who he is as a mechanoid. In fact, Ratchet’s attitude and personality belie his exceptional skills. He’s a light-hearted mechanoid known for his ability to convert anything into a good time. Watching him rally the troops for a party and step to the head of the line for an Energon-stand might seem to contradict most medical stereotypes, but I understand that Ratchet wants to keep the Autobots healthy mentally as well as physically. His loose wit and coarse language help everyone to relax, and don’t infringe on his gentle and compassionate operating technique. Ratchet makes sure he’s the Autobots’ friend first and their doctor second, and his iron determination has kept him stoic in the face of war--and this same determination often extends to making sure that his comrades . Whether it’s because of our friendship or his own personality, Ratchet is much quicker to question my decisions than some others. I feel he does this out of genuine concern in most cases (despite his colorful language), and I’m glad to have someone around who’s willing to speak his mind to me.
Abilities: Ratchet is highly intelligent, and his skills as a surgeon and doctor are unmatched. Only a lack of materials or time constraints can hinder him from achieving anything he sets out to do. He is fully versed in all Transformer physiology as well as that of most known galactic species. He is also a competent builder, often working with Wheeljack and other like-minded Autobots to build a new object or weapon. He is equipped with assorted medical equipment, including laser scalpels, arc wielders, electrical sensors, diagnostics, and more. The laser scalpels can be used for offensive purposes, but they aren’t very powerful. In combat situations, Ratchet usually opts for a standard laser rifle to make up for his lack of inherent firepower.
Weaknesses: Ratchet isn’t very strong or resistant to enemy weapons. Occasionally, his desire to party can interfere with his work. His tendency to question orders, or even act on his own, can grind on the circuits of those like Prowl. Like most Autobots, Ratchet didn’t plan on becoming a career soldier. Thankfully, he has adapted to his job as a warrior and combat medic.
Sample Post:
Downtime. As much as Ratchet appreciated it when he could get it...he didn't get it very often. The Autobot and Decepticon conflict had always gone through its peaks and valleys--demanding more of his time during the latter. But even when Autobots didn't find themselves on the receiving end of Motormaster's rifle or Starscream's null ray, they were still out there in the field taking injuries in construction efforts or--even worse--pulling stupid stunts that went a lot farther than bending a fender. In those times, Ratchet's considerable bedside manner lost more than a few of its standard value points. But some downtime was precisely what the Autobot doctor had been allowed, and he'd be slagged if he wasn't going to make the most of it.
Staring intently at two different screens, Ratchet's attention is currently divided between a massive party list invitees and the resources--limited though they were--that would serve to make it a success. On the other screen is a readout of all the current Autobots who were in some stage of incapacitation. These Autobots could not reasonably be cleared to attend any sort of recreation activity, whatever benefit it may ultimately have on their morale.
That being the case, Ratchet had decided that he would bring some of the party to them. They fraggin' well deserved it, most of them, for the sacrifices that each of them had made toward the cause. Reading each medical entry and deciding whether the injured mech could attend, the ones who could not were quickly set aside in to a subgroup. It was a growing list of names. In fact, the more he evaluated the list, the more he came to understand that he could not reasonably expect to attend both the Autobot social function and attend to each of his patients.
"Hey doc! Big bash cookin'?" one of his supprt medics asks, approaching the chief medical officer from behind. Ratchet turns and regards the young medic with smile.
"Should be," Ratchet responds casually, stretching his finger joints. "I believe everything is ready. But I'll be somewhat late."
"How late?"
Ratchet takes a moment to consider the question.
"I guess that'll be up to the mechs in the burn unit."

Profile: Constructed during a period of the fiercest fighting in the never-ending war between Autobot and Decepticon, Bravo is a warrior down to the last screw and pin. Unfortunately this isn't a particularly large pile of parts, but Bravo likes to think he makes every part count. Never relenting in the face of a battle, this scrappy warrior uses his size to his advantage, exploiting openings and movements that most warriors can't even see let alone exploit. Bravo idolises Optimus Prime and the other autobot leaders, and works to be as much like them as someone a fraction their size can be.
Abilities: While armed with a standard issue double-barrelled photon pistol that forms his armament in Jet mode, Bravo's preferred weapon is his broadsword. The 8 foot long blade is made from the very same metal as his chassis, and is very much a part of him: it can even be repaired in CR chambers. While nowhere near as sharp or as tough as the energon blades of the dynobots or the like, Bravo is (understandably) quite proud of it and has dedicated himself to mastering its use. His style borrows from many arts but is unique in how he utilises his own size to his advantage. He takes particular pride whenever he hamstrings a particularly tough and loud decepticon, and will use give a "If the least of the Autobots can do this..." speech, which he does highly effectively.
Weaknesses: Bravo exemplifies the never-give-up attitude that many larger, tougher, and more qualified Autobots are known for, and thus it is difficult to convince him when the battle is lost. He also tries out the "lead by example" principles of the Autobot leadership, and can find himself without the backup of more prudent allies. Finally, his fighting style is optimised to take on heavy-set mechs twice his size: Against another light mech with melee skill, his style can show major weaknesses.
Sample Post: Bravo stood in the silent ruin, blade in his hands, listening through the deathly silence in what had been a raging battle a klik previously. Things had been chaotic, none of the combatants knowing whether they were winning or losing. Now there was nothing but fallen bodies, some Decepticon but mostly Autobot, and no sign of what had felled them.
Bravo spared a glance from the shadowed nooks of the bombed-out tower to his friend Graviton. Still functional, but no signs of rousing him from stasis lock, and his chest wound looked life-threatening. But still, the minibot swordsman could not move him; not until he was sure of safety.
Another slight sound, like a rolling pebble. "Are you afraid, Decepticon? Afraid of little old me, knee-high to an insecticon? I thought you all were specially built for destructive power, to kill things with a flick of your fingers, yet you can't bring yourself to fight a glorified maintenance drone with a needle-"
The scrape of metal on stone was just barely enough warning. The thing's beast-mode claws scraped across his back, but Bravo twirled, and his sword dug into armor with a screech.
The Decepticon flinched, then swung around to strike again, only to find that Bravo can pre-empted him. In the space of a pumpbeat the ambusher had been placed on the defensive, as Bravo struck again and again, nicking and chipping away at the Decepticon like a jackhammer.
The Decepticon made one final lunge, meaning to take the minibots head off with both his claws, but Bravo blocked with his blade and rolled onto his back. The Decepticon's momentum carried him over the minibot, and Bravo's blade dug into the warriors belly.
The Decepticon crawled away as Bravo hefted the bulky Graviton from the ground began to move him, as best he could, towards the front lines. As he did, he called back to his opponent. "How tall will I be, once you get back to your 'friends'?"
The Decepticon's only response was a grimace of pain.

Profile: Rangefinder was one of the spectrum of assault Decepticon designs that created such forms as Megatron, Shockwave, Blitzwing, and others. Tanks, artillery weapons, guns... those who do not mince words, but destroy those in their way. Rangefinder hated talking, hated the politics and manipulation of the war, of the Decepticon command... but he refused to be on the losing side. The was was just another day of training his sights on someone else, and lowering the count of people who competed for Energon by one more. Rangefinder believed in avoiding everyone else as much as possible, often disappearing from the front lines into the more deserted areas of Cybertron, and volunteering for solo expeditions whenever possible. A stealth hover tank artillery platform, no glory, just a tool for the job, to his thinking.
Physically, Rangefinder is a soldier. Strong, fast, and fit, he is used to going long periods of intense action or stationary spy/assassin work. He isn't the fastest of Decepticons, and unlike most, cannot fly. He makes up for it with tenacity and stealth, moving carefully through enemy territory with nothing but his Energon signature to reveal him.
Mentally, he is an assassin, and a strategist. He prefers guerilla and sniper tactics, using the fear of unseen attackers to his advantage to manipulate entire battlefields, usually planning for the meta-effects of his attacks, rather than the simple kill. Given his preference, he will attack at long to extreme range, as he is not as capable as some at close combat.
Socially, Rangefinder is a loner and a sociopath. He detests others, picking at their flaws, and usually doesn't bother to speak to anyone who he doesn't respect, who are few and far between. The only other Transformer he can talk to on the same level is Shockwave, and even he is tolerated on short bursts.
Abilities: Rangefinder is a guerilla fighter used to sniper tactics. Deep insertion, stealthy kills, and quiet escapes. With his intensely strong, extreme range weapon systems, visual and audio stealth, and fine tactical awareness, he is the special forces operative that Shockwave or Megatron sends when he wants a target eliminated without the chance of political affiliation or emotional clash creating static.
Weaknesses: Rangefinder detests other Transformers. Posturing, irritating, cocksure fools versus idealists and pacifists with none of the bearings needed to get the job done. Rangefinder would be a serious threat to the Decepticon command structure on par with Starscream...if he wanted the job. As it stands, he's more likely to handle business himself than call in the other Decepticons, as he considers half of them idiots, and the other half too loudmouthed to work with. He'd defect to the Autobots, but his tendencey to go off on his own and eliminate enemies would make him too much of a liability to their cause, and he knows it.
Sample Post: "Whatever you say, Shockwave. You want the Autobots in Tyger Pax driven out for your operation. I'll let you know when it's time. Don't send in reinforcements, don't go revealing my position by checking up on me. If you don't hear from me, the job's not done. Just keep the rest of your protos out of my way, and I'll bring you back the Spark plate of the 'bot in charge." The tall, heavily armed Decepticon turns and heads for the door, scowling at anyone in his way.
*******
Managing to get out of the Decepticon base without a fistfight, Rangefinder shifted to his hover tank mode, and hit a main thoroughfare out of the sector. As he rode on, he pondered his plan of action. Hit the borders of the sector, go silent, and begin picking off stragglers and border guards. Let the Autobots waste Energon on a state of high alert, and maneuver to the far side of the district, and repeat. Eventually, the local leaders would garrison their stronghold, and pull in their patrols. Once they were on the defensive, Rangefinder would bombard the base with artillery fire while alerting Shockwave that it was time to send in a powerhouse like Bruticus or Devestator to shake the foothold the Autobots were using, and pick off their leader in the ensuing battle. Once done, the remainder would stand and fight, or scatter, either serving the goal of establishing a firm grip on the sector for Shockwave to set up whatever goal he had for the area. If the Autobots broke early, more the better. If they had competent anti-guerilla tactics, he would fade back, and develop a new plan, or just leave for some other front. It wasn't as if Shockwave actually mattered to him...just another cycle, another handful of Energon. As the road sped by under him, he began to mentally drift, wondering what would happen.

Profile: When something goes wrong, or when a vital mistake is caused that affects the Autobot cause usually one Autobot is called in. Nightbeat is the premiere Detective of the Autobot forces. He isn’t happy until he’s neck-deep in an intensive investigation, trying to uncover clues or sordid details about some dark mystery. Comfortable in either the bustling city center or the darkest alley, he only truly comes alive when he has to overcome obstacles and think his way out of a problem. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that he would outright ignore some orders, no matter how high up High Command they originate from--especially if the orders prove to be ‘inconvenient’ for his work.
His unusual leaps of logic are poorly understood by his fellow Autobots, especially when Nightbeat cannot explain how he reached such a conclusion, but they’re always impressed by the amazing results of his work. In the search to explain how Nightbeat’s logic-center works, it’s suspected that his logic-processor has been wired in an unconventional manner. Nightbeat prefers to think that he‘s merely observant. Successful, and conclusive, investigations comes most easily when Nightbeat works alone; other Autobots tend to only slow him down, although he often finds himself partnered with Hosehead or Siren. The cool-headed Nightbeat avoids complaining about his partners’ deficiencies; instead, he works even harder to make up for their lacking abilities.
Abilities: Nightbeat is a keen investigator whose eye for detail and nuance is almost unmatched among Transformers. His irregular logic invariably leads him to the solution of a puzzle, and his quick thinking makes him a skilled warrior. He also has enhanced audio and video sensors that aid in his investigatory work. From five miles away, he can hear a screw fall and count the threads on it. He carries two photon pistols and a high-powered plasma blaster with infra-red sight. In car mode he can travel at speeds of up to 620 miles per hour and has a range of 1500 miles.
Weaknesses: Nightbeat's overconfidence in his abilities typically persuades him that he can handle almost any situation by himself. Given his preference for working alone, he often suffers damage that a more team-oriented Autobot might avoid. His leaps in logic and the cases he takes also arouses concern but also means what he is investigating might put him in danger's path more often then not.

With his intensely strong, extreme range weapon systems, visual and audio stealth, and fine tactical awareness, he is the special forces operative that Shockwave or Megatron sends when he wants a target eliminated without the chance of political affiliation or emotional clash creating static.
Combat Details: Rangefinder is difficult to describe only in terms of vehicle or robot mode. His combat style is a mesh of the two. His main gun is a huge, wide-bored plasma ejector. seating in the turrent of his tank mode, or over his left shoulder in robot mode. It catalyzes an extremely explosive packet of high-energy plasma, then either fires it ballistically, like a traditional gun, or angles for a extreme-range parabolic artillery shot. The force needed to launch the packet of plasma that far requires him to stop, and drop stabilizers, so as to not be knocked backwards and down. Therefore, such a shot is impossible in robot mode, and so he is forced to use more conventional sniper-scale ranges. Either way, Rangefinder is uncomfortable getting into pistol ranges, and so will retreat after shots, so as to avoid more close-quarters engagements where he might be out maneuvered, or worse, pushed so close to his foe that he cannot fire without being caught in the blast radius.
His ability to reach sniper and artillery nests is due to his dual-field stealth system. His primary advantage is that his outer shell, making the outer surface of his tank mode, is chroma-reactive to his desires. It can, slowly, over the course of about a minute, reformat to a new camouflage. This allows him to blend in with his environment much like standard camouflage. It is not capable of adapting at movement speed, so it is no substitute for any cloaking or invisibility system, but it can sometimes make the difference between being spotted by guards and patrols before his shot. Secondly, the hover drive of his tank mode uses extremely quieted fans, enough to avoid alerting an opponent.
Once the shot is made, he retreats, to avoid close combat. Only when he is forced to work with a team, or when the enemy is completely entrenched, does he bother with repetitive shots. He uses these tools and techniques to engage in guerilla combat, striking and vanishing into the background only to strike again later, once the enemy has wasted their resources and will on high alert. If forced into close combat, too close to use his cannon, he will use close-quarters melee techniques to grapple and incapacitate, then escape to return to his usual tactics.
There are legends on many worlds of unnatural predators, monsters who hunt in the darkness, sucking the life from any unfortunate victims to cross their path. Blood is that dark legend given life. A figure of Cybertronian myth, Blood is all too real and all too terrifying. He hunts Autobots alone and in perfect silence, picking them off one at a time, snatching them away to the shadows and then draining all the energy from their bodies through his specially designed fangs. Sometimes the victim is found, drained, dead, and mangled the next morning; sometimes they simply vanish, never to be seen again.
Abilities:
Blood's hovercraft mode can move in near silence and features dual lasers that he can also wield as a robot, but he is at his most deadly inside his monstrous Pretender shell. The shell's touch causes a rust-rash on contact and it features serrated fangs to punch through a victim's armor. The more energon Blood drains, the stronger he becomes. His shell wields a corrosive slime shooter and a dual-bladed energo-axe.
Weaknesses:
Bomb-Burst cannot relate socially to most other Decepticons. He is at heart not a soldier in a war, after all, but a lone predator in the night. Powerful and intelligent, he excels at this. He is not invulnerable, however; his shell is highly energy-inefficient, requiring him to drain large numbers of victims, and his optics are very sensitive to light. Yet as a creature of the night, Bomb-Burst is unsurpassed.

An Autobot Outpost
Two Autobots stood at the entrance of the outpost, guarding the all-too important information within the walls of the weak structure.
"You know, some 'bots say that when things get dark, somethings comes out and drains Transformers of their energon." Said one of the guards.
"Shut up! I'm not in the mood for stories, especially one as stupid as that!" said the other guard.
Blood watched the two bicker as he stayed in the dark, his home. No one could do what he could do and he knew it. He hungered for energon. He always hungered for energon. But his hunger was not a priority, his mission was. His superiors needed the information within the outpost and he was more than happy to get it for them. As long as it meant he would stay charged.
"Who would believe anything like that anyway? I mean come on, a monster that drains energon? I've never heard anything so ridiculous!" said the guard who doubted his friend.
"Ridiculous?" said the pretender as his shaded form appeared behind the guard,"I'm almost insulted!"
The Autobot was too stunned by fear to fight back. Blood inserted his fangs into the poor mech, quickly draining him of his lifeforce. The other bot was scared, but not stupid. He summed up enough courage to open fire on Blood, but this was futile at best. Blood was too quick, too strong, too hungry.
He used the emptied shell of his first victim as a shield from the blasts, his arm reaching for a shade grenade. They were his perfect weapons, the exact opposite of flash grenades, these would release a shady mist that would blot out any normal transformers optics and leave them blind. But Blood was not normal. Blood was a predator. He threw the grenade and watched his opponent go blind. This was the perfect time to strike.
He quickly moved up to the guard and injected his cyber venom into the blinded bot, leaving him ripe for energy draining.
"Some things do come out of the dark, you were just unlucky enough to find one!"

Profile: Sunstorm's original manufacturing took place during a fierce period of insurgency in one of Cybertron's chief industrial sectors. As the result of a riot at a nearby power substation, quality control was disrupted along the assembly line for Sunstorm's model type and a host of electromagnetic abnormalities crept in to his individual design. These anomalies produce a continual, cascading effect in Sunstorm's primary fusion reactor, allowing it to operate at power levels that are far greater--and far more hazardous--than those of many of his fellow Decepticons. Consequently, Sunstorm is engaged in a near-constant struggle to control the energy emissions that radiate from his superstructure, lest they cause severe damage to the systems of those around him.
Sunstorm's unique condition has bred in him a zealous belief that his strength and abilities derive from some mystical source and that the potential immensity of his power is indicative of some supernatural endowment. He will often make rambling statements that appear to his fellow Decepticons as nothing more than senseless babble, but the truth to these outbursts is far more disconcerting: Sunstorm is nearly convinced that he is, in fact, a living god.
Abilities: In vehicle mode, Sunstorm's top atmospheric speed is just under mach 2.0, though he is capable of reaching interstellar velocities well in excess of 15, 000 kilometers per hour. In truth, he is capable of space travel at speeds that are virtually immeasurable, based on the as yet untested capacity of the power core that Shockwave has modified. He wields two mass driver cannons in robot mode which fire high-speed projectiles capable of punching through most types of advanced Cybertronian armor. In jet mode, he is armed with two heat-seeking missile launchers. When Sunstorm is able to maintain control of his reactor core, he is capable of using it to generate incredibly powerful bursts of electromagnetic radiation.
Weaknesses: Sunstorm's peculiar habits, in addition to the deleterious effects that he is capable of causing teammates by his sheer presence, will likely cause him to be excluded from key missions until he has learned more control or his design has been further modified. In jet mode, he rarely employs his own heat seeking missiles; on the occasion that his target may evade their reach, they are liable to turn back and target his own substantial heat signature.
Sample Post:
Nothing, per usual. What fool would dare trod here unbidden? Sunstorm thought.
Sunstorm had been sent out on a solo patrol. It was not really an unusual circumstance. Though he did his best to keep his occasionally unstable internal energy processors in line, there was the occasional flare-up that could make working in his direct vicinity a rather hazardous prospect but those incidents were few and far between. Fewer, even, now that he had been receiving additional fine tuning from Shockwave and the Constructicons on occasion.
The golden Seeker flew past the Decepticon barricades, having finished his final run of the Kaon perimeter.
>>"My task is finished. All is clear,"<< he radios in calmly before coming for a landing near the outskirts of the fortress. Transforming in mid-air, the Seeker lands smoothly. Several Decepticons instinctively back away from him. Sunstorm regards them with a quizzical optic before walking past them.
This isolation...it was proving to be an even greater burden to bear than the Military Operations Commander had warned him it would be.

Profile: Arcee is a Fembot of contradictions. Whilst kind, loyal and entirely dedicated to the well being of her friends she is also utterly merciless and entirely ruthless towards her enemies, the Decepticons. The shift in personality is seamless and, during the course of battle, can and will switch between one and the other without warning.
As an Autobot, you could not ask for a better and more trustworthy friend, as a Decepticon, at least you can be thankful for a swift death. She is not inherently malicious, nor violent, in nature, and would in fact be thankful if war ended tomorrow, but so long as the Decepticons remain hell bent of distributing their brand of genocide, Arcee is all to willing to return the favour.
During times of peace Arcee is often a morale officer within the Autobot ranks, helping those around her cope with the trials of a war torn world. Whilst understanding and often willing to listen Arcee is also extremely opinionated and isn’t afraid to state what she believes in, always offering reasons to back it up.
In the past Arcee, due to her more delicate frame in comparison to her male based counterparts, has often been underestimated and her value to the war effort easily dismissed. It is these perceptions she has, in recent years, cast off through example, and now, she never intends for her efforts to be so easily dismissed again.
Not by her colleagues and most certainly not by the Decepticons.
Abilities: Arcee is a solid all round warrior, preferring to be versatile instead of specialising in any one area. While she can not lay claim to fame in any one form of fighting style she is instead rarely at a loss in any combat situation.
Arcees armour is relatively light, even in comparison to the average Autobot. In trade she is exceptionally agile, enabling her avoid enemy firepower rather than absorb it. She considers this a satisfactory state of affairs, afterall, it is far better than to get shot in the first place.
As a Light Speeder Arcee can reach speeds of up too 290 MPH.
In terms of weaponry Arcee is armed with a Rifle that discharges and focused electrical bolt of energy with pin point accuracy. Also in her inventory she carries a finely crafted sabre. Whilst obviously acting as a bladed weapon the Sabre also carries an electrical charge of its own, allowing an additional extra punch against opponents with thicker armour.
Weaknesses: Arcee‘s frame is relatively fragile and, if caught in a crossfire can not, and will not, sustain much damage.

Just keep the rest of your protos out of my way, and I'll bring you back the Spark plate of the 'bot in charge." The tall, heavily armed Decepticon turns and heads for the door, scowling at anyone in his way.

You seem to be trying to do a bit too much with this character. The profile indicates that he is an extreme range combatant, guerrilla fighter, sniper and special forces type. I suggest picking one area and focusing on that as these abilities don't all overlap so well. I also need more of a description of his camouflage ability.

3 detonators: used to distract an enemy that give him enough leeway to get through am occupied area
a grappling hook: a gun that shoots a anchor that helps him go up to ledges when it comes to difficult used to send him up to places when it comes to a difficult heighten task
and a miniature robot: this robot can be used to get a mission done for Swift Striker when size is a downfall even for him

he can climb through tiny gaps and can run 3 times faster than the normal autobot. in car mode he can reach (i htink its called) mac 2
Weaknesses: he has a tendency to bribe other Decepticons for what they asked him to steal which makes him very unpopular

Finding his prize he took it but then saw something even greater. It was the head one of Autobots original bots but in stasis lock! Thinking it would be good for the cause he grabbed it and started making his way out. Opening the back door Swift Striker transformed behind unsuspecting Autobot that now uncovered what he was doing. In car mode he drove out and hid until the Autobot searching for him gave up.
