Introducing Raydar, one of the decepticon elite guard, a super secret force commisioned and personally led by Megatron himself. Nobody is really sure why Megatron chose Raydar for this team, because he is the result of a fusing of sparks. Half of him is pure evil, equal parts genius and madman, while the other half is a little more, "flamboyant." When this half of him is the dominant half, he's constantly trying to makeover the rest of the decepticon elite guard. Nobody really understands why Megatron hand picked Raydar for his decepticon Elite Guard, because he finds the constant attempts by Raydar to give him a makeover terribly annoying, but on the battlefield, it is clear why Raydar is a valued member of the decepticon elite guard.
