The human Airplanes there smashed the heck out of Scoponok, could you see what they looked like?

The same Alternate-mode as Cybertron Wingsaber!

The 2 boosters in the end of the plane, and the weird wings.
Is this the same plane?

They are the military's A-10 "Wart-hogs".

No. The only thing that Wing Saber had that was similar is his rear tail and engine section. Wing Saber, otherwise, is a ficticious plane. The Wart-hogs are the real things. Who knows, since Hasbro is making the Osprey helicoptor toys, they may make a Wart-hog and call him Wing Saber. That'll be cool.

IF you look at Wingsabers wing in Alt mode, the goes a little up, the same with these 'Wart-Hogs'.

But what is wing-saber then?

I was thinking Powerglide when I saw those A-10s myself. It would be awesome to see him. I really liked that character. One of the few autobot planes. Had a rogueish quality. In G1 the same voice actor did Shipwreck from GI Joe.
