When I pay $300+ I want the box, not just clear plastic wrapped toys. I understand that getting more made in time for the April 24th show is logistically impossible so does anyone around here know or have heard of plans to get box sets to those that have registered but may have registered post sell out??
The show is still 2 months off so I ask myself how they could have mismanaged the ordering of these sets from the supplier?
This email confirms that we received your BotCon fax.
It does not confirm that you have been processed.
It does not confirm that your forms are error free (if there is a problem, we will contact you).
It does not confirm that we have accepted your requests or have reserved anything for you.
Hard copy confirmations will come in the mail starting at the end of February.
Class and tour confirmations will come via email when your request is processed.
Again, this email is only to let you know we received your fax.

Yet again another example of Pay now, or PAY later.

...and you didn't screw up the paper work (I still can't believe some people can actually mess that up) you will get a boxed set.
Fun Pub really does not do large runs of the exclusives and they under estimated the demand for the boxed sets this year. The people who make those decisions are human and humans can and do screw up.
This is to confirm that your registration form has been received and
processed. Unless there is a problem with your payment method, your
hard copy confirmation will come in the mail starting at the end of
February. If there are any problems with your payment, we will call
you.
Also, Primus package holders that are a no show at the convention
will have their packages cancelled and refunds processed less a $25
cancellation fee.
Thank you,
Kristin(Hicks)

The demand was literally overwhelming.
Funny and true story here. As much as people bitched and said the set was lousy, etc etc etc...there is apparently a not so vocal majority of folks who like the set and are stoked about BotCon.
Yet again another example of Pay now, or PAY later.

That right there tells you it's been received and processed. You have nothing to worry about.

Well my credit card still hasn't been charged and that concerns me. I appreciate your optimism. I'll keep an eye on my credit card billing, snail and e-mails before I feel as sure as you are for me.

Waste no time.
Seriously...
Call them.
