Takara sees RID as the exact same show as Car Robots. Also they have connected the Movie with Beast Wars, that chart is far too old.

Yes, but to them, Movie Optimus Prime is "Optimus Prime" and not "Convoy" and the Autobots and Decepticons are "Autobots and Decepticons" instead of "Cybertrons and Destrons". That crossover with Beast Wars was a toy-only story and had the movie characters not only travel back in time but cross the dimensions as well, since the Japanese know well enough not the retcon in the movies since they've got Kiss Players fiction and Music Label fiction occuring in 2007 (the first movie's setting), and if they can't retcon in the first film, they can't do the second either.

And how do you figure that they see Car Robots and RiD as the same show? They see them as the same toyline, but I've heard nothing of seeing them as the same show. Besides, even if they did, it wouldn't matter to them like it would for us because they'd just use the Car Robots names (which are unique and original) instead of the RiD names (which are not and would clash with the G1 characters).

Their retcon of Car Robots into the G1 tiemline works for them and not for us because the names don't clash and they've set up the story with the Stargate Battles' ending where all the G1 characters go missing for several months.
