Porsche has 30.9%, and is in that way the majority share holder, yet they are not allowed to be part of the board of directors, because of the VW law, which says that Stuttgart's 20.2% overpower anything else :shock:

No those aren't secret meetings, those meetings are held because Porsche is pissed that it's not allowed to voice any decisions even though that they are the majority share holder, even if they had 50% they would not be allowed to decide anything, since VW is protected by that law, which is against the constitution.
Porsche is trying to get the law rewritten and Stuttgart's 20.2% so it may now take command over VW.
