You can print shipping labels online through http://www.usps.com. Then you can leave it for your mail carrier to pickup from your door.

I think more fuss was made over this than necessary. It was basically a public complaint about a company and a person many of us have had very positive expereinces with. I hope their reputation is not at all tarnished by this thread. Judging by the 4 pages of positive feedback, I don't see that happening. However, out of courtesy for a business and their reputation, which TFSourcs tries very hard to maintain, I recommend trying to resolve complaints with the company first before posting a negative complaint about them online. It appears you posted here first with a title saying you were "fed up". This implies that you have tried to resolve an issue but were making no progress when in fact you had not even waited for their reply.

As expected, they offered you an exchange. What you don't know is that when you got your replacement back (if you were to send it back), they would probably would have added some cash to the return package to reimburse you for your shipping expense. That happened to me when I exchanged a WST Grimlock that had a factory defect. Now that is a company with integrity and great customer service.
