I don't know about GI Joes but Masters of the Universe were built to do that.

Oh no. I use to do that to make them swing clotheslines. Gung-ho was my champ.

Zombie Starscream wrote:I once had a Darth Vader action figure given to me when I was a kid, though he was missing his cape. I liked him, and I would play with him whenever the Star Wars movies were shown on TV. Strangely though he started to give me the creeps, even though he was only 3 1/2 inches tall. I got so creeped out by him that I tried to "throw" him away by sticking him in an empty milk jug and putting it in the trash. He kept coming back though. I would find him a day later sitting somewhere. I did "succeed" though, but only after several tries. It was an '80s Vader toy, so he is probably worth a lot now, but I wish I hadn't done it anyway, even if he were to be worthless.

Did you actually eat it, or just chew it up?
I chewed up a lot of my brother's Star Wars figures. Hey, I was like 2 or 3 and didn't know better! And Star Wars figures weren't that valuable in 87, plus they were well worn anway. But I still have several Star Wars figures with no feet, and I also distinctly remember chewing on some G.I. Joe figures too, and enjoying licking the screw in the back. Do not know why at all.
And did the Transformers escape this terrible chewing fascination I had? Nope! While there weren't as many Transformers as G.I. Joe and Star Wars figures, my Seaspray, which I still have, has bite marks on his feet. And he is prouldy displayed on my shelf as well.
Lapse Of Reason wrote:I doused my GIJOE hanglider in gasoline, taped an M-80 (a very powerful firecracker) to it and flew it off the roof after lighting the fuse. The explosion was cool but my parents flipped out over the large patch of scorched grass after the groundfire that insued. I was about 12 at the time.
The worst was when I sold my 30+ figure G1 collection at a garage sale for maybe $50.

I never chewed on Legos, but I did distinctly remember I really liked the the taste of non-toxic match heads and roll-on underarm deoderant. It didn't bother me even if it might have been used though.Agamemnon wrote:Unchrasimatic wrote:Redimus wrote:Duke of Luns wrote:Down_Shift wrote:Godmodule wrote:I ate Dirge's nosecone...

Nope. Me too. (Made it really hard to keep my lego transformers together...)
