They do, it is hybrid prime:

And he is definitely a sweet version of Prime. Basically a smaller MP04 with roller, a jet pack and some other goodies.

Well sure, but since I don't use baseball bats to transform my toys; I'm sure that would never happen.

Yeah, I never thought G1 Prime one to have weak arms. Smoke stacks, yeah, but arms? that's some grip ya got there
