My vote goes to any of the following:

RiD Prime, putting him into UBERrobot mode is a pain.
BW Transmetal2 Blackarachnia, too fiddly.
Movie Blackout, those darn tabs >.<
Or Wheelie.... well not really Wheelie but It'd be funny if it were....

I had issues with Alt. Tracks recently. I could see where his legs needed to move too but the joints were so stiff that I couldn't figure out how to do it. Finally got it done though.

Energon Slugslinger. Sucker is still at mid-way mode in storage, after i tried to transform him back to jet mode. Took me (embarrassed to state actual time - a very long time) to transform him from jet2robot. However, he's still a very wicked transformer in my book. 2bad he didn't make it to the big screen. BUMMER.

Energon still rocks.

Getting Alt Smokescreen's legs back into car mode. Total pain in the backside.

Oh, and I don't see how RID Prime's super mode is difficult. It's just attaching bits to the smaller robot.

Alternators Ricochet. I was trying to show him off to everyone at a birthday party and was made a fool. Oh well! Once I get them into robot form I rarely transform them afterwards.

Easiest award: 74 BB and movie Jazz!

1. Masterpiece Starscream
Soft plastic parts which are very tight, so I was kinda afraid of breaking it. I needed 3 hours to transform it.

2. Alternators Smokescreen
And how do you want me to Transform your legs back Smokescreen? If you don't tell me I break your **** legs.

3. Movie Ironhide
Took me 45 minutes to transform.

Alternators Grimlock...frustrating to do without detatching the doors. Skids is a bit difficult too.

Next, Omega Prime doesn't like to stay together while being built.

Last, MP Megatron is pretty lengthy and fragile. I can do it, but it takes a lot of time and care.

i personally find the beast wars neo shell former Dead End quite frustrating - lining up his limbs inside that shell is annoying

Yeah, I'd say Grimlock is the most difficult of them all. Those arms are ridiculous.

Justicity wrote:Movie Blackout, those darn tabs >.<

I just cut those tabs off this morning. The shoulders are a tad loose in robot and vehicle mode (I snipped them clean off...should've left a little bit of a lip.) Still, once everything's in place...he holds together quite well. It's nice not having to stress the crap out of him just to transform him.

Slugslinger set me beyond frenzied. I got so fed up with him, I actually *threw* him. I had spent a little over two hours trying to get him back into vehicle mode. (It's so simple once you figure it out. It's one of those "it's so easy you make it hard" kinda deals.

Fortunately...BinalTech Smokescreen's legs sealed up nicely with no problems, and the doors actually sealed tight. The downside of this however, was that he chipped paint if you looked at him wrong. =\

The doors on Alternator Smokescreen still perplex me to this day...the legs went together just fine. They assembled into car mode perfectly...yet the doors always bowed out and it drove my OCD nuts. =\

Either Alt. Grimlock (arms) or Alt. Skids when it's time to transform them back to car mode.

And how come Alt Silverstreak's legs are a lot easier to transform than Smokescreen's? Or is this just my experience?

For me it was Alternators Optimus Prime. Not in that it was terribly difficult but I felt like he was going to snap into a million pieces every time I touched him. Definitely one of the cheapest feeling and most awkward transformations I've had to deal with.

BT Smokescreen. Guess it was the learning curve. Its the first BT/Alt and both the 'shoulders/wheel thing' and 'legs folding into the shape of the back seat' are very puzzling to get them accurate for the first few times. Though once you figured all those out, almost all the other ones seems easier, since you had transformed the hardest one. Even MP Megatron don't seem all that bad after this.
