Prime Evil wrote:I guess I'm the only one using TRU Soundwave in his Universe/Cls line. He fits well IMO. Stands close to Cls Megs size and is pretty close to his animated self already. If anything, I think he needs knees, but over all, he's still close to perfect.

Now if only Ravage or Laserbeak could transform into functional SD Memory Cards, we'd be all set.
Savage wrote:TRU Reissue Soundwave:
Pros:
Being a reissue, he's as G1 accurate as you can get.
Comes with Ravage and Laserbeak.
Roughly equal height to Voyager Megatron
Cons:
Lack of articulation/poseability
Towers over Seekers, Octane, and other Universe deluxes.

Okay, I don't own this one, so I'm gonna just mention some things I've heard from others.
Pros:
In-scale with Universe deluxes (Seekers, etc)
Decent articulation
Cons:
While easily recognizable, both the Reissue and the MusicLabel are more G1 accurate.
Many reports of loose joints.
Giant, low-hanging crotch.
(if you want Soundwave hung like a mule, this is the figure for you.)

I have this one and actually I think he's a little short compared to the rest of Classics for the reasons I just mentioned. Maybe I could have this figure as Soundwave's pimp brother named Mulewave.
You didn't cover Cybertron Soundwave, any thoughts on him? One thing I do like about him is he shares the Blaster mold.
Firebird wrote:I got Music Label Soundwave at Botcon last year for like $50 and don't regret it at all.
He fits in great with the rest of my classics and is fully articulated. All he needed was the reprolabel kit. Sure he doesn't have any cassettes, but I just use the ones from my TRU reissue.

I'm still baffled by this. Is anyone carrying him around day by day to listen to him?
