It's a bare-bones figure and missing most of its accessories, including the arm and leg guns. I do have Gasket and Grommet as well as FM's big gun. Of note, the Cerebros and Spike that I got with the figure are the more colorful Japanese versions; they're not in the best of shape(Cerebros has a broken fist, one of Spike's arms is superglued to his side).
I will probably put it up on eBay if I decide to sell, but I was wondering what the best starting asking price should be...any advice?

Don't expect much in this condition. Especially when Encore 23 is still available for a reasonable price.
What you should do is to just sell the parts separately. One listing for the body, one listing for a gun, one listing for Spike, and so on and so forth. It will be work by accurately describing each parts and posting lots of pictures. Be sure to calculate shipping accurately and open your listings for worldwide.
As for the starting prices, I'd put each components at either 50% of a similar SOLD listing, or at 1$ and let the market decide.
Good luck.
