It's possible, but I think the real question should be this:
"How many threads are we going to see about DOTM Decepticon Leader Class toys"![]()

Many many more ... ! Because big bad Decepticon toys shouldn't look dwarfed when compared to Leader OP

But that's just me.

As for other Decepticons, who knows.

I'd buy it only if it's a pre-earth Cybertronian Shockwave form. that looks as much like the 1985 shockwave toy/cartoon designs as possible. yes it needs a space laser gun alt mode in order for me to buy it.

Pre earth? Even the Voyager Class is a Cybertrionion Tank. He doesn't even have an Earth Vehicle Form.

I know leader class DOTM OP is a japan exclusive, but what about the Decepticon leaders?
Any chance we'll be seeing leader class DOTM Megatron and/or Shockwave?

I'm beyong big on scale, but to be realistic I keep most of mine at voyager and below. Jetfire is my only leader because 1. he was only released that way, 2. he would have been much bigger then Prime.
In DOTM, Megs alt mode looks to be much bigger then Prime. And Sentinel looks to be bigger then Prime too. I've kind of given up on Scale. But glad ravage and wheelie came out in legends. I'd love to see a legends lazerbeak. A leader Fallen would have been awesome if more realistic looking then the crappy voyager version. Even Soundwave got the short end of the stick as a Deluxe.
Maybe introduce another scale? But I'm not going back and re-starting my collection.
RodimalToyota wrote:Yeah, hate to be the bearer of bad news, but haven't you figured it out, there is a villain in the leader class already.
It's not even a spoiler, read the back and tell me that it doesn't scream, yeah not gonna happen.
I'm still hoping for a Leader Blackout/Grindor PLEASE!
deathy wrote:Honestly whether or not DOTM will have any leader sized decepticons toys. it all depends on how long the DOTM toy line keeps pumping out new molds.
I noticed ROTF kept pumping out newer molds a bit longer than the 2007 movie toy line did.
For what it's worth ROTF was almost a 2 year toy line. that kept releasing new molds up until the last minute. as ROTF kept adding newer prefixes like "autobot alliance" "hunt for the decepticon" & "reveal the shield"
So if DOTM's toy line follows in the same path that ROTF did. their no doubt in my mind we'll at the very least see at least ONE NEW MOLD DECEPTICON toy released in the DOTM toy line.

Heh, me too...I tend to obsess over scale. I think it's a bit odd that neither of the villains are getting larger toys...I sure would like them. But then, with the other lines, things were appearing a bit later so we may get one anyways.
I just wonder how they could even improve ShockWave...his Voyager looks almost perfectly accurate.
On the note of scale...why can we never get a decent Voyager Ratchet?

I do have a [wishful] theory for why we still haven't seen Leader class Megs or Shockwave. I don't have any proof for this, but maybe ROTF LC Megs didn't sell too well because it was either sub-par or it wasn't film accurate enough, so Hasbro decides to take its time to perfect the LC toy for DOTM this time around. Please take this with a pinch of salt, and a healthy does of positive thinking.![]()
As for Ratchet, I think Hasbro only goes as far as "relative scale." They just make sure a voyager truck is bigger than a deluxe car, but not down to perfect scale, as in deluxe Jazz's Solstice being slightly smaller than deluxe Bee's Camaro.
