I guess the Yuuzhan Vong. They killed quite a number of 'Jeedai'.

That's not saying much since they can't be felt using the force. That doesn't mean much to borgs. The new republic was slow to react to the invasion. The borgs would not lose time arguing. Because of their biologic technology the Yuuzhan Vongs would be particularly vulnerable to assimilation.
