Armada WAS the first series I ever watched, but the show first aired in 2002 or 2003.
I was born in 1990 so I was DEFINATELY older than seven.

I was 12 or so. 6th grade.
I just know I watched during one of those years I lived at my dad's place.

So congrats everybody!!
LOL!! You aren't THAT old. XD

When I was 12, you were 8 so yea I don't feel so old now. I'm only 4 years older than you.

Really?

If you're serious, then you're proably one of the youngest people on the entire forum.

I've got to agree with Siren Prime. Shoot, my youngest son is 10 now. I must say Oskjerta, if you aren't pulling our legs here, you really present yourself in a respectable way for your age. Of course, you will soon discover that many adults on here most certainly don't act as old as they really are so you will probably fit in well.

(Siren, don't tell him about the "beer" thread. ) ooops!

Yeah, really. Your conduct is very presentable for a kid of only 9 years. :APPLAUSE:

But just as a fair wrning, like T-Macksimus said, some of the grown-ups on here don't act very grown up.
If you're serious about your age then some of the things here should probably be ignored.

And be very cautious of being pulled into a debate. The adults aren't going to approach things the same as your buddies are and with them not knowing your age and the fact that most folks forget that youngsters are members here, it could end up not going too well for you in a hurry. You have a bit of an advantage now that Siren and I know and you can PM a Mod if need be. PM me anytime if you have questions, especially about how to approach anything here. We have a lot of new members that have joined and a large number of younger members lately and some of the "old-school" folks are still adjusting.
Have fun is still Rule#1. I wouldn't be here if I couldn't do that.

Well I was born the year that the Transformers movie came out. So I was a bit too young to watch either that or G1. I first got into Transformers, like more than just having a few toys, when Beast Wars came out. So that was my first transformers series I watched. Still love it today.

Being born in the same year as the movie never stopped me. Did you read my earlier post in this topic.

Here's a sad admission from Hellkitty's sick sad world:

I'm a G1'er. I was in high school when it came out. (And a round of applause for my complete high school dorkitude.)

Missed Beast Wars and Beast Machines b/c I was in the Army and...ummm, doing other stuff at the time. Caught every US released series since.

HK, I'm so old, Unicron just finished those alimony payments from our divorce. He *was* fun to take to the Golden Corral, though.

To be honest Hellkitty, I wish I was older when G1 came out, if for no other reason than to have the presence of mind to keep at least some of my collection MISB. Well, that and to have had a chance to get a few toys I can't get now *cough*FortMax*cough*

And you didn't miss much re: Beast Machines. :)

First season I watched was G1, the first episode I remember was the More Than Meets the Eye Trilogy which I had on video and man, i watched it to death, however it was called 'Arrival from Cybertron' and presented as a feature length episode. Although thats my earliest memory i must have watched it prior to that for me dad to actually go out and buy the video. I am sure it was on Whack-a-Day with Timmy Mallet can any other Brits confirm that?

I still have that video and would never get rid of it and MTMTE is still by far my fave transformers episode(s).

Beast Wars, followed by R.I.D., then Armada.

I wasn't really old enough till Armada to really know what was going on, so it's what really got me in to transformers, then I watched Beast Wars again when it reaired, and thought it was the most amazing thing ever.

Couple years later, I checked out the Transformers Movie(1986) from my library, I fell in love with G1 after that, I went back and starting buying all the VHS of G1, as they were rather cheap and my only way to see the series. It made me wish that I had been part of that generation, to experience like they did, but it was a long time before my time.(I was born in 1989)

I am still working on finishing every series, I have completed Beast Wars, Beast Machines, Armada, Cybertron.

I need to finish G1 Season 3/4, Beast Wars 2nd, Beast Wars Neo, Energon, R.I.D., and animated.

Beast Wars: Transformers.

The first I ever saw of it was the ending scene of episode one where Dinobot confronts the Maximals for first time. The first full episode I saw was episode 3, where Cheetor goes after that cannon Scorponok and Tarantulas found.

And judging by these posts, it would seem that Siren Prime and I are roughly the same age.

I was probably five when I watched my 1st TF episode...so that was 2001. My uncle (a hardcore G.I.Joe fan that also loved Transformers as a kid) bought me a three-pack of tapes that had two episodes each. The first one I watched was 'A Prime Problem.' You remember that one? Where Megatron cloned Optimus? It was that one. I remember believing that Megs, Screamer, and Soundwave were the 'good guys'! ;)
Anyway, after watching those 6 episodes, I loved Transformers so much that I watched them over and over again, running around in the living room with a dart gun, pretending I was Ironhide (my 2nd favorite character at the time, my favorite being Prime)! I proceeded to buy RID Prowl and Grimlock. Loving it as much as I did, I did not see any episodes of RID. My first extreme introduction to Transformers was Transformers: Armada, and I watched that every afternoon on Toonami. Then, I got the G1 Movie.
Now, I'm thirteen, and I wish that I had seen RID. As mentioned previously (but not in this forum), I got rid of Prowl, Prime, and my others.
