When you refer to someone as a "n00b", that generally means they are, I don't know...new. Posting count generally is the best refelection of this.

Everyone was new at one time or another.

So let's be civil, alright?

Isn't there another way a person can end up having a low post count? Like their account gets deleted accidently by a site malfunction or when the forum gets 'cleaned' to delete ancient threads and posts? I have heard of that happening.

I don't see the big deal if this is true. It just goes to show you shouldnt underestimate someone just because they are smaller. It's kinda like war of the worlds. they come in kick our ass, and then die from our air.

Spike kills Megatron. It would be better if Prime had or Starscream throwing out into space. Even ELite one throwing him out in space would better than Spike killing him. Spike is only a human. That would end the whole idea of sequels.

No, no. I have no problem with the idea. Remember, in the Nickelodeon commercial, the voice over says "They're teaming up to save the world" talking about Bumblebee and Sam. That doesn't bother me. Spoiling it for others, without a tag to warn them is just rude. Common sense goes a long way.

Most people, if they hear a rumor, especially one as big as this one is, normally put a spoiler warning ahead of it to make sure no one's burned by it.

Then again, this is the internet. Can't expect much out of people, they always let you down.

I was thinking the same thing, its been a discussed topic for a week now and no one can understand what happens.

Megatron drove Spikes grandaddy nuts. I think its only fair he should get to kill him.

If not that, he should because if he didn't, there'd just be a couple of squishlings running around the battle field doing nothing. Hes gotta get in there. And whos small enough that they can evade the decepticons by running into buildings, taking the allspark into places the robots can't. For the sake of realism, he's the only logical character to have the allspark at that particular point, when the decepticons are making a final push to get it.

also, this movie is now less about the Transformers. We wont see much of Prime and Megatron's ancient rivalry. We will now care about Spike, while the bots become secondary characters. Seeing Prime and Megatron spout insults at each other seems unlikely in this film. Niether will have enough personality development.

I didn't say they hadn't considered it. There just isn't enough room in the first film for it, and so it only makes sense to have the human - who we relate best to at this stage in being introduced to TFs - do the big heroic thing (and win the girl, of course)

I doubt it. The next films supposedly going to be focused on Shockwave making a mess of things. It's just be proposed that he'll be in it, and if he is, you just know it'll be a major role. Hopefully by then we'll see the bots with decent personalities, unlike this film where they're not too well developed.

I'm introducing a friend to the franchise, and one thing she notes about certain characters is that they "dont have a robot personality", or a robot voice (like Soundwave for example). The problem at the moment is the general public believe robots should be just robots, just beings that do work and.. be robots. What makes Transformers so interesting is that the robots we know have individual personalities. Its what made it so popular over the years. When you read a characters bio, he became more than just a fighting machine, he became a citizen of cybertron with a past and a personality. It's what makes Transformers so... "human". But the concept will be lost on hte first film, nobody's fault, just no time for it.
