Re: Amazon Post New Information About the TF3 Paperback Novel
At 400 pages that's only 75 more than the RotF novel. I wouldn't consider breezing through that book to be much of a spoiler though considering just how much stuff will be packed into this movie. The screenplay adaptations ALWAYS have stuff that doesn't hit the big screen and likewise will have stuff missing that the actual movie will have in it. Bay will be editing the film up until the 11th hour again and the book is already finished so we have between now and June 30th for stuff to come out totally different.
Looking forward to getting my hands on it but I'm a bit disappointed that there isn't another in-between book like The Veiled Threat to fill the gap.

I'll buy it and read it before TF3 ever comes close to a theater, as I did with the first 2 and their prequels. The RoTF book was a lot better than the movie.

I will buy the book also and read it because the suspense of the new movie is killing me. I really wanna know what the hell that tentacled thing is in the trailer.

Re: Amazon Post New Information About the TF3 Paperback Novel
I am as usual writhing in agonized dread about the novel. Maybe I'm picky but every TF novelization I've ever read has made me want to stab something. Veiled Threat had more Human OCs You'll Never See Again than my enfeebled brain could handle.
This guy does have some impressive writing chops, though, and to be honest, after surviving (just barely) Exodus, which reads like really bad, poorly edited fanfiction, it...can't be that bad.
HK, can it?

It's been speculated that it's Soundwave, as he had tentacles he molested that satellite with.
